    We hired Jason to install our kitchen earlier this year. Unfortunately, the handles were fitted incorrectly, which caused damage behind the doors when he tried to adjust them. We raised our concerns in February 2025 and submitted a formal complaint in April, but received no meaningful response. Jason only replied after we threatened legal action, promising to order replacement doors and contact us “next week.” That was in July — and we are now at the end of September. No follow-up emails ever came unless we chased him, and even then the excuses continued (“too busy,” “waiting on supplier”). Communication is virtually non-existent unless we push with legal threats. We have given this business every possible chance and far too much time since April, but the issue remains unresolved. We will be taking this further and want to warn others not to use this service due to poor workmanship, lack of reliability, and broken promises.

    A friend recommended The Kitchen Company to us as we needed a new kitchen in our house. We found the husband and wife team exceptionally good. Design ideas and 3D visualization was very helpful as you can see the final result. The kitchen units are very good quality with a couple of bespoke items all executed to the highest standard. The quartz worktops are a delight and installed by a friendly team from Ruby Granite. Installation was very professional, completed on time and with real care to get it just perfect.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY OTHER KITCHEN COMPANIES WITH BIG FANCY SHOWROOMS....I nearly was, and I'm glad i followed my instincts.
