   Dishwasher packed up so new one ordered. Unfortunately the old dishwasher was very tightly fitted and we could not move it. Steve came out to assess and spent so much time and effort getting the old machine out ensuring our kitchen units were not damaged We were so impressed with Steve and his professional can do attitude, that we have ordered additional work to be carried out Thank you Steve

   I had my kitchen and bathrooms updated, and a number of interior alterations completed by Globe and De Blasio Kitchens, and I couldn’t be more delighted with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, care, and great attention to detail. They supported me in making the right design choices, offering thoughtful advice and creative suggestions that really helped bring my vision to life. They respected my preferences while guiding me through the practical aspects of the project. The work was completed on time and budget. The team was consistently polite, respectful, and considerate throughout, taking great care to minimise disruption to my daily life and gave my mini schnauzer frequent pats and treats. They also made a point of cleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day and left the space spotless once the work was done. Perhaps most impressively, the team followed up after completion to make sure everything was working as it should and that I was fully satisfied. That level of aftercare speaks to their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.    We have just had a full renovation on a large, open plan kitchen / diner space. This was project managed, supplied and fitted entirely through Globe & De Blasio and from day one through to completion and aftercare they have been absolutely exceptional. The work involved was initial consultations to support us on design, full rip-out and disposal of the existing kitchen, new flooring for the full open plan space and the installation of our brand new kitchen and flooring through one of their recommended partners. We are so thrilled with the results of our new kitchen - it looks absolutely fantastic and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout. Killian was our initial point of contact and was extremely talented in his kitchen design suggestions - he flagged things that we simply wouldn't have the experience / knowledge of but which were critical to the design being not only brilliant looking but practically workable. He also understood the budget that we had set ourselves and actively worked with us to arrive at a design that was within that budget - his suggestions, approachableness and expertise were fantastic. Not only this but he kept in touch throughout the process to keep us up to date. What I would add here is that we were initially very close to going to one of the well known, large kitchen places in the UK but before committing we got Globe & De Blasio to come out and there were a number of things that they pointed out in our initial design (that we got from one of those large retailers) that simply would not have worked and would have inevitably caused issues. This shows the personal, more competent service they are offering from the initial design appointment right through until completion which you just don't get with one of those large retailers. In terms of the project management, Steve was also exceptional and took away every form of stress and worry that we may have otherwise experienced had we decided to try and organise all of the moving parts ourselves. Again, he kept us in the loop throughout as to what was coming up day-by-day and did all of the engagement with all contractors to ensure everything happened in the right order and to the highest of standards. Finally in terms of the tradesman who worked on the kitchen itself - all were exceptionally polite, tidy and most importantly very competent and skilled in what they each did. We love our new kitchen and couldn't recommend Globe & De Blasio highly enough. Our job was quite wide-ranging, in a large space and with us who are the least creative / imaginative people in the world but the team from start to finish have made our dream kitchen / diner space a reality! We will be in touch with them again to come and do our bathroom. Thanks to the whole team! Jack & Emma

There whole listen, to design, to deliver approach is very refreshing and they explained what they were doing and why the whole way. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and will be asking them to look at fitted bedrooms next.

   In short, this review is neither negative or positive about the kitchen we may have had fitted by this company. It is a true review based on our involvement with Stefano and his wife up until the point we asked for a thorough breakdown on the estimate we were given. I will add that this was a fairly substantial amount. We had a site visit initially, which went very well. This was followed by several emails and 2 further lengthy meetings at their showroom. At this point an estimate was given for our kitchen and design but detailing very little in terms of units, internal fittings, sink, tap, etc. I then sent an email to ask for a detailed breakdown so I could compare with other companies and make the final decision. That was about 2 months ago when communication ceased abruptly!! No reply was ever sent in response to this request. I believe things happen for a reason but my husband and I were really quite surprised that a company that appeared so reputable, could act so unprofesionably. As a customer, it is my right to know what I am getting before signing a contract and parting with a very large sum of money. My husband and I feel that giving them our budget was completely the wrong thing to do. That is all we will say about that. This is a true account of our experience with this company and am very interested to see if they have anything to say in response.

In a few short days my old kitchen was transformed into something I really enjoy now spending time in! Couldn't recommend more than I currently do!

   We had a brilliant experience using SDB kitchens. I changed my mind about what I wanted many, many times, and Steve was always very accommodating! The planning was very thorough, and there was therefore no problems with the installation. I have had a problem with one of my appliances since, and SDB have been incredibly helpful in getting it sorted (even though it wasn't their problem! ). Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
