The fact they are housing sex offenders here while there are 3 female wards in the same court yard area is triggering and sickening. I have contacted elysium about safeguarding as many women have autism and learning disabilities along with been mentally Ill many are so vulnerable they wouldn’t understand the risk and safeguarding issue
Our daughter's time at the M.H. hospital was a turning point in her life, thanks to the outstanding care provided by the most professional consultant Psychiatrist, her team & the compassionate nurse teams. The support, empathy, and guidance offered by the sympathetic and caring staff were exceptional. With their help, our daughter progressed into a mature, healthy, and independent young woman. They also dealt and communicated with the outside family in a very supportive and respectful manner. We are immensely grateful for the positive impact this facility had on our family and would highly recommend this serene setting to anyone that needs this support.
extremely negligent, a handful of staff are okay but I have never detiroirated so quickly somewhere in my whole life. the mdt treat patients like problems not people. I fear for the lives of the patients who are still there. seriously needs a thorough CQC inspection
Staff act like the dont have the qualifactions to work there. Most of the staff are horrible to both patients and visitors. They rob money and gifts such as phones perfumes jewerly from patients And if they cant be bothered to walk they make the patient pay for there taxi to the shops They bully there patiens and nothing gets reported to the police about missing items. This place is worse than jail. They over medicate. Do not let your family members or friends even consider this place
Reception staff not very welcoming. Two staff behind reception talking away and not greeting visitors. Fortunately ward staff very helpful, friendly and polite.
