We recently broke down outside the hotel and Kaitlyn was an absolute lifesaver. She welcomed us in so we could stay warm while waiting for recovery and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and reassuring during a stressful moment. Her hospitality truly went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for her help. The room smelled of stale cigarettes which wasn't pleasant. The breakfast finished at 9:30, too early. Have stayed many times, usually good, give the rooms a good deep clean, and do breakfast until a bit later, 10:00 or 10:30

This is a decent hotel for what the rooms cost. The hotel is clean and modern throughout. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are fine..for odd night stays this place does the job..location is the issue. Its just off the roundabout off tbe motorway and edge of town..there is few shops or takeaway within waking distance.. there is a set of shops though. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is good. Enough choice and everything always fine. Some of the reviews do not reflect the truth..its just a normal hotel. There was no shady characters or any issues at all..so if price is good..dont worry about some less positive reviews.

I stayed at the hotel with my partner on the 7th of November 2025 in room 311. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming upon our arrival, which gave us a good first impression.
However, the following day, we requested for our room to be cleaned. We spoke to one of the cleaners, who informed us that we were not allowed to be in the room while it was being cleaned. We understood and asked the cleaner to come back within 30 minutes , but unfortunately, the cleaner never returned. As a result, our room was not cleaned that day, and no follow-up was made by the housekeeping team.
On the morning of the 9th of November 2025, we experienced a serious issue. While we were still in bed, someone gained access to our room without our consent, and the door was opened unexpectedly. This was both intrusive and unsettling, as no prior notice or explanation was given.
Overall, while the room itself was pleasant and the staff were friendly, the lack of housekeeping follow-up and the unauthorised entry into our room left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with our stay.
