Absolutely disgusting service and attitude from staff. Staying over the Christmas holidays to visit family and haven't been wished a merry Christmas or been told to have a lovely stay. Been refused drinks at the bar as apparently it's closed to then witness other customers receiving drinks. Upon questioning staff I received disgusting attitude. Staff are on there phones on reception, not being greeted or even greeted with a smile. Was left standing at reception while staff finished watching videos on there phones! Food is seriously below average and waiting staff are not very friendly. My pillows in my room after being cleaned in the morning are dirty. I have to say I will never be using the Hilton again and has really put a bad vibe on the festive break.

Outstanding!! All staff were super friendly and helpful, room and public areas spotlessly clean and maintained. Superb location directly opp Airport terminal, we had lovely view of runway. The only negative for me was awful coffee from the machines at breakfast, really bad, one mouthful was one to many and the QR code in the room for details of the restaurant is out of date, menu via QR code looked lovely and really wet our appetite. Unfortunately, that menu was not available and the available menu was a poor substitute!

My friend and I booked a room with a queen bed and sofa bed. So far so good. But when we arrived, they declined to tell us there was no bedding for the sofa. Only when we enquired did they admit they had no spare bedding and no other rooms would be suitable as they’d have the same problem. At no point did they offer anything other than trying to find a few spare sheets from elsewhere. I’m lucky it wasn’t a cold night or I’d have frozen. You have to ask what’s the point of being a hotel if you can’t supply bed linen, duvets and pillows for every bed in your hotel. Avoid this place - there’s a Premier Inn two minutes down the road and you’d be better off there.

On the 22nd June 2024, I stayed at this hotel for a wedding of a friends, With My Mother and 1 other person, we couldn't check in just yet but the lady working there was very nice, she even kept our suitcases safe and checked those in and we had a chance to get ready for the wedding, once we got back from the venue, we went to the room, it was nice and clean. Breakfast was definitely 5 star, You had a range of options. I hope to visit again.

I really like this hotel. We usually stay there when we have early flights. It's so convenient- just across the departures and the breakfast is being served from 4am. We even managed to get a takeaway breakfast before 4am. The rooms are spacious, clean and sound proof. I would highly recommend it

I was staying on business and the hotel was really comfortable. The staff are great. The hotel is across the road from the airport but no sound gets into the rooms. The only fault I could find was the Aircon unit in my room made the occasional racket which was disconcerting but I am.sure maintenance will fix it. If you are flying out of Liverpool I would recommend staying. Short business trips are also recommended but not as a base for a holiday. All in all a very reasonable hotel.

Perfect location, just across the road from the airport exit door. Reception is on the fifth floor and we were met by a delightful, warm, friendly receptionist. We had checked in online and had a digital key but needed a physical one for the electrics. The hotel was warm and gave a cosy feel in the bar/restaurant area. The chef and girl working behind the bar were welcoming and smiley the whole time. Thank you for making our overnight stay a pleasant one. CJ. And SJ

Good points - position, if you are flying from John Lennon Airport, my room was spacious, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Not so good - the 'free breakfast' was poor, at 7am cooked food consisted sausages, beans, tomatoes and sorry looking hash browns. No bacon or eggs. There was white or brown bread but no marmalade, just a shared jar of strawberry jam and a bowl of honey. The cereal selection was mediocre. I have never seen a poorer breakfast buffet. Evening food was a poor selection of bar food.

You could not ask for a closer hotel to the airport. The service ....was outstanding and I mean outstanding. Room was a little tired but clean and functional. Bed was firm and comfortable. Need drinking water in the rooms because you can not drink the tap water. Thanks though for one of the best customer service experiences I have had.

Service was brilliant. Staff are friendly and professional, responding helpfully to any request. The beds are a little hard and or shower has a slippery floor. Sound proofing is amazing and the air con works to cool the room, if a little more noisily than I'd like. The vegetarian menu is distinctly lacking but my husband liked the burger. The Mac and cheese was fine. Parking is right outside. Although the signs at the carpark entrance say £45, it is actually £10 with a card from reception. You pay that charge at the hotel.
