   Great location with decent parking. Walking distance to a Toby carvery and a gym. Friendly helpful staff greeted us on arrival. Unfortunately let down by the room. Very overdue on an update. Mattress was very uncomfortable, bathroom had chipped bath and stained sealant around the toilet. I did notice a skip in the car park so maybe the rooms are being updated.

   Love this hotel, next to Aintree, clean, comfortable, quiet and all the team are so friendly and helpful. Always a team member on at night too so very reassuring. Liverpools hidden gem!

   I booked my stay at Stables Inn Aintree well in advance (one month and a half before!), only to receive a call two days before my reservation saying that my room was no longer available due to a plumbing issue. This was incredibly frustrating — especially as I had planned around this booking. When I spoke to Kloe, she didn’t any offer any other room, simply saying the hotel was fully booked and we can’t help you further. What’s the point of booking early if guests can just be turned away at the last minute? Completely unprofessional and poorly managed. I will not be booking here again.

   We've had the best stay in the stables inn. We went for my sons 14th birthday and i have to say the staff went above and beyond decorated the room for him and were so lovely. Comfy beds and clean rooms couldn't ask for more they went above and beyond even buying him a birthday cake I am so greafgul. You made our stay in Liverpool thank you so much.

   I had booked a room for my son who was competing in an event at the Aintree Racecourse. Due to an unseasonal arctic blast the event was cancelled and there was a national travel advisory issued. As such I was forced to cancel the reservation. I submit a request for a refund which the Inn declined. If this was a whimsical request, I would understand the standard cancellation policy being enforced however, the extreme weather conditions made it unsafe to travel, and no longer necessary as the event had been cancelled. Greed, is a word that comes to mind................robotic policy enforcement, a sign of the times when customers are not top of mind, profit is.

   Just come back from a stay following needing to be close to Aintree hospital for surgery. The staff went above an beyond helping my family have access to facilities whilst I was in theatre. A very comfortable stay an clean. Only criticism would be a larger television especially for family room. But would like to thank the lady on reception who eased anxieties.

   This hotel is a re branded Premier Inn, it has access to racecourse, local restaurants, retail park and train station which are all nearby. The staff are always great in a daily basis and food is nice. Beds were soft and comfy..Bedroom facilities were standard. Recommended for a stay during the Grand National*. *Grand National- the UK’s biggest horse racing event hosted in Aintree Racecourse Park, next to the Stables Inn.

   Staff were wonderful and very helpful. However, no matter how much effort, one cannot change the fact about the infrastructure and facilities. This hotel is not well maintained - everything was old from carpet, table, TV, bathroom….you get the picture. Location itself was ideal - next to the Aintree Racecourse, and 25 minutes drive to the Liverpool city centre, excellent commuting with bus and train connectivity. A range of shops nearby the retail parks and 24hrs opened superstore.

   Myself and my partner stayed here over the weekend and it was fantastic. The location was spot on for us as it is quite literally next to the race-course. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and even recommended local restaurants as we aren't from the area. Our room was spacious and clean and everything we could need was provided. The ladies on reception were so helpful and even offered us extras, such as cutlery. If we ever find ourselves in Aintree again, we will definitely be back! Thank you.
