Visited at the weekend as we were going to an event. Hotel is stunning. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so fresh. Our room was very nice the only downside was you can't turn the fan off in the bathroom so had to listen to it until I fell asleep

My girlfriend and I always stay at the Radisson Blu when weβre in Liverpool (1β2 times a year). We usually stay for 4 to 11 nights at a time, and the hotel is absolutely beautiful, love the rooms, comfortable beds, and a lovely bathroom. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The only thing Iβd suggest is that the manager/owner start showing all the Liverpool matches on the big screen in the lobby and maybe add a minibar in the rooms, haha :). We will definitely be coming back in 2026. We love this city and we always feel like home. The staff truly deserve a lot of respectβweβve never met nicer people, and they are always so eager to help.

Like all other Radisson Blu Hotels I have visited, this Liverpool branch is of great quality and offers an excellent customer service experience. I was impressed with the size of the standard room I stayed in. The bed was very comfortable, and the room included all the necessary amenities. The only issue during my stay was that the gym was unavailable due to renovations. I also had some difficulty finding a parking space, which was understandable given that the hotel is located in the city centre of Liverpool. Overall, I will choose this hotel again when I revisit Liverpool.

Wonderful location in my favorite part of Liverpool. Nice rooms with a beautiful view of the river and the city. I liked the breakfast, the breakfast area is very spacious and can accommodate many guests. The staff are very friendly. I was 15 minutes late for my checkout, and the staff were very understanding. Iβll definitely come back here again.

Just here for one night. What was good? I found the location close enough to the centre to be convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was well equipped and clean, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was OK: the coffee was a let down, which is the core of my breakfast! On the negative, I had to change room as my first was missing a curtain. That's key to keeping the light out in July! The air conditioning was OK but still a bit too warm for me. Overall, it feels a bit tired but if you not looking for luxury, it does it's job. I think good staff can go a long way to compensating for chipped furniture and worn seating!

Lovely hotel, stayed for a special birthday treat for 2 nights. we were a 2 minute walk from Gino d'campo restaurant where we ate. we were probably a 10 to 15 minute walk into L1 but it was a nice walk, very central to shopping, Albert docks etc. AMAZINGLY COMFY KING OR SUPER KING BED ...IT WAS HUGE! Lovely clean room and bathroom, we had a great river view too & of the docks, very pretty at night. The only thing I couldn't sort was any heating in the room...it wasn't particularly cold but not warm for me either.

Nice hotel situated just outside the city centre which is easy walking distance, great staff, lovely buffet breakfast. The room was comfortable and very clean, little bit of wear and chips on some of the furniture hence 4 stars, but to be fair that is being very critical. Would use again.

Stayed during heat wave in August 2022 and since it was a rare event we have to take that into consideration, but so should they when determining prices. I think overall the price they charge for the whole experience is too much. Chose it because we assumed it to be of equal standard to the Manchester RB. It wasn't. As others have said, dated interior, minor damage and defects here and there. The doors seemed to require an unusually large amount of force to open. Bed had two mattresses stuck together, so the middle was uncomfortable. Air conditioning was insufficient for heat wave and we had to ask for a fan, which was promptly bought, but was inadequate. Breakfast was good. The Bar staff and food were great. Wouldn't come back.
