   We recently celebrated our marriage at West Tower, and were so incredibly lucky to do so. We booked back in May of 2023 and married May of 2025, and throughout the 2 year process, the West Tower team were nothing but helpful, supportive and accommodating in the process of organising our special day. As with any wedding, things went wrong approaching the day, and we wanted to thank Maria who made every last minute change available, and was supportive throughout the process. It is a great addition to have a Wedding Co-ordinator, that is included in your package, and we are grateful for the help she was in making our day so special. Special thanks must also go to Kim, James and Charlotte, who on the day and immediate days leading up to the Wedding, were just amazing. From start to finish, they made every request, feel like you weren’t asking enough. Every ‘disaster’ (such as a knot in my dress - making it impossible to get in it) was resolved in seconds, Kim coming to the rescue as she did on so many occasions. We would not have had such a magical day, without their hard work, and we are so grateful for their professionalism and kindness. It goes without question that the facilities, grounds and rooms are stunning, making the perfect scene for our wedding, captured by our wedding photographer, Gavin Alexander if you needed another recommendation. We could not have wished for a more perfect day, and we recommend anyone and everyone the service and location that West Tower provides. We will not be needing a wedding again… but if we did, this would be the place.

   We had our wedding at West Tower at the beginning of September, such an incredibly special place and we knew from the moment we saw the venue it was where we wanted to get married. It was everything we could have wished for and more in a wedding day. A special mention must go to our amazing wedding co-ordinator, Sarah who went above and beyond to help make our dreams reality, even last minute changes were accommodated. Our Events team on the day, Charlotte & James were incredible and ensured our day ran like clockwork, thank you for taking the stress out of it all! Every single member of the team who worked that day; whether serving our guests, creating our beautiful food or housekeeping you were all fantastic. So many of our guests have commented on West Tower and how they have never been to a wedding like it before, how fabulous it was and how attentive the staff were. We are going to miss coming to the open evenings and catching up with the team. We can totally understand why West Tower is the best wedding venue in Lancashire, a title so rightly earned and deserved. Thank you for everything!

   Attended a wedding. The West Tower was a beautiful setting. The staff were attentive, kind and nothing was too much trouble. The food standard was really high. Even the food in the evening in take out style cartons was piping hot which is fabulous when there are so many guests. I felt like the drinks were a reasonable price for a hotel as well. £32 for a great bottle of prosecco. It really is a lovely woodland setting. There is a designated drop off and pick up point. Through the main room windows and the terrace there are lovely countryside views. The sun set was really special.

   Gorgeous place for a wedding. Scenery was lovely. The staff are very helpful. Only little bit I didn't like was the disability access. My poor parents and elderly who werent as good on the feet had to walk round the outside of the place to get to the downstairs reception room. The front of the house has a very steep little staep/ walkway and was bit worried about falling. But all in all very nice place

   I worked at West Tower as a wedding photographer and I would highly recommend this GORGEOUS venue to any future couples who are looking for the perfect place to get married. The grounds and the venue are beautiful with so many awesome spots for you to get your bridal and family portraits. The ballroom is stunning with lots of huge floor length windows letting in all that gorgeous natural light, so you and your guests can enjoy their meal whilst watching the sunset. On top of that the staff are so accommodating and friendly and will do everything in there power to make your day amazing. I can't wait to work here again.

   The West Tower Team and the venue itself were AMAZING and we highly recommend this venue to any bride and groom. We had our wedding reception at West Tower in November 2022 and the location is beautiful. The whole West Tower team were very patient, kind and thorough throughout every conversation leading to our wedding and on the big day too. The quality of the wedding breakfast was excellent.    I wish we could go back and do it all again! A few years back, I saw photos of a wedding and thought I could only dream of having a wedding at such a stunning venue, not knowing the name of it... little did I know when I started looking for venues that I would fall in love again with that exact venue and dreams would become a reality. From having a virtual tour during lockdown and booking West Tower, seeing it in person exceeded all expectations. The staff could not have done more for us. From start to end, they went above and beyond. No question is too big or too small and communication is brilliant. The food was incredible and the whole day was perfect. So many people commented on how fantastic the staff were and I will never forget how helpful and calming they were on our special day. Thank you so so much to all of the staff.
