Horrible experience. Turned away from breakfast with a child even though was told they are not busy so do not worry about booking in advance (was told to order just eat). Air con in the room didnt work and the only water available was £3 from the vending machine. Lots of other issues including giving our room key to someone else. would avoid this and the brewers fayre.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the gentleman who worked night shift on the 27th November 2025. From the moment we arrived, his kindness and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. My husband just lost his mam that night and we both were devastated. My husband forgot to register our car but the gentleman offered his help and sorted it out for us. He even offered his condolences which is very kind and heartwarming. Unfortunately we forgot to ask his name. He wears glasses and worked night shift on 27 November 2025. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, always greeting us with a friendly smile and a genuine willingness to help. We only stayed for 1 night but we've already decided to book this hotel again every time we're in the area.

Brilliant value. Quiet spot. Good food in The Beeches next door. If you need a good value, clean, perfectly acceptable and very comfortable place to spend the night, this is fantastic. No high end luxury but it's not aiming to be that, is it? Absolutely perfect for what it is!

Room was just OK but Clean. One draw only which seems the norm in hotels these days. The pub opposite which served you breakfast good have done with a total face lift or a jolly good deep clean . Sticky tables , stained chairs, dirty looking carpet. Staff run off their feet as clearly under staffed. 1st morning my husbands cooked breakfast arrived cold. 2 toasters that took ages to toast bread. Food on offer nothing more than ok. Would i return No. Would I recommend it NO

Lovely stay! Really clean and spacious rooms. Quite area, really easy to find. Delicious breakfast! Due to stay over Christmas we get extra chocolates for little one, that was really nice! Parking was big enough.

Premier Inn Wrexham was easily accessible and offered plenty of parking upon arrival. Staff were friendly and very helpful with checking in. We were also given the opportunity to book a table for our evening meal and breakfast whilst checking in which made getting a table on time much easier. The hotel itself was quiet and clean with minimal extras but very well kept. The adjoining restorante "the beaches" had excellent food and well priced drinks. Would definitely attend again.
