“Toby started going to Uncle Graham's in April when he was 3 months old. Toby charges in every time to see Poppy and his little friends. He loves Graham, and Graham adores all the dogs. If the weather is very hot, Graham gets the paddling pool out for them and, on occasions, he treats them to an ice-cream cone! Toby had a sleep-over on Friday for the first time which went very well. I would advise anyone to take their dog to Graham's.”

“Francesca at Northwood Wrexham organised a property inspection for me recently, and sent through the comprehensive and informative report straight after the visit. I was really impressed with the amount of description and photographs provided in her report, and am really happy with the service provided by her, Kathryn, Jo and Sion, who have all been helpful whenever I have been into their office. I can highly recommend Northwood, and especially Francesca and Kathryn who are dealing with rental properties, and with whom I have most of my dealings.”

“I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the gentleman who worked night shift on the 27th November 2025. From the moment we arrived, his kindness and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. My husband just lost his mam that night and we both were devastated. My husband forgot to register our car but the gentleman offered his help and sorted it out for us. He even offered his condolences which is very kind and heartwarming. Unfortunately we forgot to ask his name. He wears glasses and worked night shift on 27 November 2025. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, always greeting us with a friendly smile and a genuine willingness to help. We only stayed for 1 night but we've already decided to book this hotel again every time we're in the area.”

“We had our wedding here in July 2024. What an amazing day it was. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t do enough! Everything we needed was included in the dream wedding package. From the ceremony set up, to the reception to the food and the evening party, everything was how I wanted it and nothing was to much. I would definitely recommend rossett hall. We will never forget our special day and all the effort that you put in to it.”

“Great hotel on the outskirts of Chester. Approx 15 min drive to the zoo, Cheshire oaks and Chester city centre. Was slightly worried after booking as read some reviews that didn't rate this hotel but we found it great. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Bar area nice, breakfast and bar food we had very tasty. Room clean and tidy. Had a problem with the room door not working properly but the handy man arrived promptly and sorted very quickly. Pool and gym facilities looked lovely but didn't use on this occasion. Would stay again.”

“Lovely people working there. Accidentally drove there once thinking it was a cat rescue centre as I was thinking of adopting a cat, but the lovely lady welcomed me in anyways and spoke to me about the different cat breeds that were staying with her and gave me lots of advice about choosing a cat. Whenever I decide to adopt a cat I shall certainly choose this cattery to house them when I’m away!”

“Our dog stayed this weekend, He has never been to a kennel before so we didn't know how he would be. He walked in to reception and behind the counter before we had chance to sort the paperwork. On collection he ran out to greet us then attempted to return. He definitely appears to be a happy customer. Would recommend.”

“We have just collected Lucky and Toby after a nine night stay at the cattery, they have come back happy and well cared for, both our cats are very anxious and the owner knew this but with the excellent care they received they soon felt like they were at home. This cattery and kennels was recommended to us by a family friend and we are so glad we picked HMC petcare and we will be using these for any future holidays we have. Thank you taking such good care of our fur babies.”

“My dog has been going to these kennels for about 9 years. She loves it. The staff and super friendly and accommodating. The kennels aren't even local to me but I still choose to take her to Park Lane.”

“I attended a wedding function here and what a stunning place to have your special day.. Absolutely beautiful location and beautiful scenery for your photo backdrop.. The staff are superb... so pleasant warm and welcoming.. The Grousemore is a beautiful hotel/pub Such beautifully decorated rooms with character and atmosphere.. You could not have a more beautiful place... The food served throughout the day was so nicely presented and tasted as good as it looked.. Would highly recommend and would love to return again..”

“Absolutely cannot fault Wrexrent. They have been great from the get go. We are about to move in to one of their properties which is a beautiful place for a very reasonable price. We are very impressed with how they have managed to ensure we have all the information we need and get moved in quickly whilst also managing to adhere to the coronavirus regulations. All the staff we have dealt with have been kind, friendly and very helpful with a genuine caring attitude.”

“Just got back from Common wood after a four day fishing trip on Llewellyn lake and had a great time, me and my pal both beat our personal best. The fish in Llewellyn are in amazing condition the place is pretty clean and tidy. The Bailiff Tony was brilliant, he came around every morning and anything we needed he sorted, he also shared his knowledge of the lake with us. We had breakfast delivered to our pegs and we also went down to the bar for a pizza and beers in the evening. The pizza’s are handmade and cooked in a pizza oven and it’s the best tasting pizza i have had in a while. The food and atmosphere is great.”

“Stayed at Hope Mountain for a couple of weeks whilst working in North Wales. Lovely quiet location - very nice, comfortable and clean rooms/bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you could need. Couldn’t have asked for nicer hosts - Rob and Jo were both very welcoming and helpful. Bill and Ben the dogs also made me feel right at home! Look forward to staying again if I am in the area☺️”

“Excellent location in the centre of town, perfect for an away fan going to Wrexham. Staff were all very friendly and happy to help. They let us park in the car park early before check in. Lovely clean rooms with everything you expect and need for a short stay. Breakfast was lovely. Overall great value for money, if I'm ever back in the town I will definitely stay here again.”

“Had a lovely carvery here recently. The owner was very welcoming and accommodated my partners request to change the TV channel when we were the first in the pub seating section. The food was really delicious, and the interior quaint and well kept. Out at the rear could do with a tidy up, but the weather has been pants recently, so don't let that put you off. We will definitely be back.”
