   Lived here for 3+ years and one member of staff that I would rave about is the operations manager Jess. Any issue whatsoever she will actually resolve, won’t pass it on or make excuses, she just gets the job done. I’ve worked in lettings myself for a number of years as well as rented for the last 7 and I know how sometimes it feels you can be passed from pillar to post or there’s constant excuses but hands down you feel like you actually are getting helped by a human not just someone passing you off. Hope she gets the recognition she deserves. ☺️

   Arranged viewings with Urban Sleep, who then didn't bother to turn up at the appointed time. Had to call 6 times before someone even picked up the phone.

   What a shame. It was an ideal location, with magnificent views, but it's completely neglected in terms of cleanliness and building management. Apartment 238 has been without an elevator for over two weeks, and worst of all, there's no way to complain to anyone.

   Lived in these apartments for just under three years.The apartments & views are lovely, but there is very poor soundproofing. Rent is also increased at every renewal. Staff entered the property without my permission multiple times, including at 2am on a Saturday morning with keys. Lots of issues with the deposit being returned, Urban Sleep advised the apartment was “pretty good” but then billed for 10 litres of paint and 7hrs of labour. They tried to deduct £170, then reduced to £120, then £75. We needed the deposit dispute service to resolve this which was stressful & unpleasant.

   Beautiful apartments with wonderbiew balcony views depending on which apartments you get - offset by slow and limited response or willingness to help from the landlord's staff. Internet service quality has always been an issue living here.

   Nice apartments and good location, but lack of transparency in pricing. After living there for only four months they increased prices and justified this by saying that the whole of the development is facing a rent increase and that this is non-negotiable. Not impressed.
