   First time coming here - disappointed as food was cold! Plates weren’t hot so each time we were served meat, it stayed warm for barely even 5 minutes. Meat getting cold led to multiple top ups which meant wastage. Food at the buffet wasn’t being topped up or replaced frequently enough and it felt like we had the evening scraps. Meat lacked seasoning, especially salt! Some of the meat was either too undercooked or too overcooked (felt a bit sick afterwards) & lacked good seasoning and sear. Discretionary tip added to the bill which we removed as it was SO difficult getting anyone’s attention. Plenty of staff all chatting together towards restaurant closing time and we were literally staring to get some attention, but it was a joke! Staff mainly stayed near a party table or just loitered near the kitchen. Service of the staff (not including when serving meat) needs to be improved massively, waiting ages just to ask for napkins and charging these prices is unacceptable. Saving grace was the oreo cheesecake however that was served in less than 5 minutes of ordering so not sure how fresh it is! Unlikely to return!

   Rodízio Rico is absolutely amazing! The food is delicious, the meat is perfectly cooked, and the variety is impressive. The staff are friendly and attentive, always making sure your table has everything you need. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming — a true Brazilian experience in the UK. Definitely one of the best rodízios I’ve been to. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   The food is fabulous! The service impeccable with staff very friendly and accommodating. There was a wide selection at the salad bar which was very good. We were served so many cuts of meat, some we had never tried before like the neck….sounds unappetising but don’t knock it till you try it! So tender and melt in your mouth. Yum! Drinks were good too. The evening was topped with the lovely wait staff serving my son a piece of cake and singing happy birthday! We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will be returning.

   The experience at Rodizio Rico is a unique one that is authentic and different. You get a good array of meats to choose from when they come round to you as well as an extensive salad bar and other starters. I would say the dinner was pricey for what it is and I felt it is a tad expensive. Service was very good and attentive. Would consider visiting again.

   I had an amazing experience today at Rodízio Rico! The food was delicious, fresh, and truly authentic, with a great variety of meats and sides. But what really made the visit special was the outstanding service. A big thank you to Veronica, Florin, Eduardo, Claudia, and the whole team! They were all so friendly, attentive, and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely come back again.

   The waiter Mihai, went extra mile to be sure our demands and requests for the night were followed and respected by the whole porter service and the kitchen. Can't ask for anything else more. Great environment and selection of meats and salad bar. Will come sooner than later here. Congratulations for keeping high standards during a busy Saturday!

   Good buffet setting, Brazilian cuisine and lots of meat. My friends and I enjoyed ourselves and the food was tasty. The lamb chops, pork chops, stake were really nice. You should do yourself some good whenever you find yourself in the City of Birmingham. You should be here

   Amazing. Simple as that. Food is stunning, a massive variety, unlimited meat carved on your table and unlimited buffet including pasta dishes, rice, salad, bread... and loads more. Staff so very friendly and attentive. Manager came and spoke to us, and was lovely. Can't wait to go back.

   Very nice buffet and excellent meat! The buffet has a lot to choose from, though I wish there had been a few more vegetable and salad options. Still, there loads to choose from, I can especially recommend the cheese bread. Absolutely delicious! Freshly grilled meat is brought up straight to your table constantly, until you signal you don't want any more. Huge selection of loads of different cuts and choices, perfectly grilled. Service was also incredibly friendly. It's pricey, but definitely worth it for what you get!

   This place is really nice. On the menu that you can find online the price on Sunday was lower, but at the restaurant the price was fixed for the whole week. We took the 'All you can eat Meat Menu'. The meat and the buffet was good.
