I ordered the half and half waffle, one side pistachio and other side nutella with strawberry. Honestly it was really nice, didn’t expect it to taste this good. Portion is big, enough for sharing but I end up eating most of it myself. I enjoyed it a lot and will order again
Lovely place not overpriced at all, so underrated. Hazefa was a lovely employee; very interactive and asking us if the food was okay. Me and my friend will definitely be coming back with more people!

The customer service is outstanding, and the owner is so accommodating, warm, and genuinely friendly. They make you feel welcome every time. The mojitos are unbelievably good – refreshing, perfectly balanced, and full of flavour. They’re also amazing with the kids, making it such a family-friendly place. Highly recommend!
This is one of the best and underrated dessert shops in Birmingham!! The staff are so friendly and accommodating even though we were in a hurry. The place is quite small but very beautiful and well decorated. The dessert comes out quite fast and is delicious and well-presented. Portions are perfect and their drinks were so pretty! I came here as it was relatively “quiet” on Eid and I could find decent free parking, will definitely be going back. Thank you to the lovely staff.
Since changing ownership and coming under new management, MS Patisserie have massively improved it's customer service. The cappuccinos were brilliant and the waffles were absolutely fresh and delicious. Highly recommended

Really pretty and aesthetic ambiance - it’s a really well designed spot. The desserts were also nice, but not completely fresh-tasting. In my opinion, it wasn’t worth the price, but otherwise it’s a nice experience overall, and the customer service was great.
Nice decorations and atmosphere. I like the food, it is tasty and nicely presented. The staff is friendly. The four stars for forgetting to bring part of the order despite the place not being busy and considering that I only ordered four items ;)
Eaten from here more times than I should have! The portion size is decent and great packaging when you order. Would highly recommend for those moments when you're craving some sugar. My only complaint is that the apple crumble I had was not crumbly...
Best patisserie in Birmingham. Very nice ambience. Clean. Food was top notch. Mashallah. Service was excellent. Everything we have tried whether sitting in our taking out was to be honest better than any other similar dessert shop. Milk cake (perfect level of sweetness and density), Rock cake, apple crumble, hedgehog, cheese cakes (just perfect), waffles (best that I have ever had), taste of Palm mojito is amazing. Keep up the good work guys
