   I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but my experience with my family at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel truly stands out – especially because of the incredible hospitality in the lounge and the exceptional service from Uma. From the moment I walked into the lounge with my wife, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The space itself is comfortable, relaxing, and very well managed, but what truly makes it special is Uma. She is remarkably kind, attentive, and professional. She doesn’t just “do her job” – she understands what real hospitality means. Uma consistently went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy. She remembered my preferences, checked in on me without being intrusive, and always greeted me with a warm smile. You can immediately feel that she cares about every guest, and she has a natural way of making people feel at home. I was honestly amazed – I have never seen this level of personal attention and genuine kindness in other hotel lounges, even in very high-end properties. Because of her, the lounge was not just a place to grab a snack – it became a place where myself and wife could truly relax after a long day. The service was flawless, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and every interaction with Uma made my stay even better. The hotel as a whole also deserves a lot of praise: • Smooth and efficient check-in and check-out • Clean, comfortable rooms • Friendly and helpful staff throughout the property But I have to say it clearly: Uma in the lounge is a true asset to this hotel. She represents the very best of what hospitality should be. Because of her and the overall experience, I would absolutely choose to stay at the Sheraton Heathrow again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling through Heathrow.

   I don’t usually write long reviews, but the Sheraton Heathrow truly deserves it. I originally checked out of the hotel to visit another city for a few days, and when it was time to come back to London, I didn’t even consider staying anywhere else – I went straight back to the Sheraton Heathrow London Hotel because of how much I loved the experience and hospitality the first time. From the moment you walk in, the front desk team set the tone. They are professional, warm, and genuinely caring. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and every interaction in between felt personal. They go out of their way to help with every request, big or small, and you really feel like a valued guest, not just a room number. A very special mention goes to Kimod and Arshad and their wonderful restaurant staff. They are absolute stars. Their service is attentive without being intrusive, always delivered with a smile and a kind word. They quickly remembered our preferences, checked in on us regularly, and made every meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. The whole team in the restaurant work together so smoothly and create an atmosphere that is both welcoming and professional. The experience was so positive that my immediate family—who were staying elsewhere—came to visit us and ended up deciding to check in and stay at the Sheraton Heathrow as well. That, in itself, says a lot. We all agreed that the comfort, cleanliness, and especially the hospitality here are on another level. I can honestly say that when I am in this area, I would not stay anywhere but the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel. The combination of excellent service, friendly staff, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere is hard to find. Highly, highly recommended.

   Great location for Heathrow flights, obviously! Very easy to book, park and relax prior to early flights, the concierge were outstanding. The bar and food were excellent. We were told exactly what was best for our early flight, they gave us timimgs for the Shuttle, which takes 6 minutes to Terminal 5. We will definately be staying there again.

   I have stayed here many times over the years and it is my favourite hotel at Heathrow. The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are nice and spacious and the price is pretty good for this standard of hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. I have a day room booked on this visit as my flight is not untill 21:20 so I can relax, shower and change later and the whole thing is a bit more relaxed and unhurried. Great staff on the front desk today 06/11/25 very helpful and pleasant.

   Ok first, not related to the hotel specifically but the Hoppa shuttle was sooo easy. Book right on your phone, our driver was so helpful getting us where we needed to be. We only stayed one night at this hotel for an early morning flight and we loved it, would’ve stayed again when we came back but wanted to be closer to the city. The staff here was so helpful, they got us into our room early which let us drop our things and take a needed nap. Before that though, we had breakfast at the restaurant and it was delish! Wanted to give a special shoutout to Mansi and her team because damn they were so helpful. They were all so nice and kind to us, and it had been a long stretch for our family of 5 coming off an international flight. Mansi showed us where everything was and even helped us get juice/bring it to the table when our hands were full. We so appreciated the kindness she and the rest of the staff showed us. For any late nights/early mornings out of Heathrow, we will definitely be back!

   I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's located near Heathrow airport, and you can take a bus to terminals 2, 3, and 5 or book a shuttle bus service to pick you up at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the hotel provided everything you might need for your stay, including toiletries, drinks, an iron, and towels. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, and there's a small fitness center located on the ground floor behind the elevator, with towels provided inside. The breakfast was okay and suited my taste. The omelette and hash browns were delicious. Plus, there's a McDonald's nearby if you're looking for a quick meal. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at before continuing your journey into the city of London or taking a flight. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near Heathrow airport. ✈️

   On my 6 days stay twice cleaning service was missed. The air conditioning system doesn't work well as every night I have a cold room. Personally, it's really good and amazing but one minus as I can not open windows when left room due to be on internal road. Food quality is really good if we only talk about burgers. On the beginning service mess-up order after providing allergy information. One time, the order was late, around 30 minutes, and one dish accidentally was missing.

   The staff made our 1-night stay very comfortable. Special shout out to Sonia who checked us in with so much care and concern for my daughter who was feeling unwell. Also the exceptional help she provided with additional water and breakfast the next day. Much appreciated Sonia, staff like you make the difference for guests and Marriott. Keep it up!

   We managed to reserve a room here on 19/09 Monday, after our departing flight was canceled until the next day. Many flights were cancelled that day. The staff was extremely courteous, polite and helpful in, reserving our room, restaurant for dinner and also how to book a car back to airport the next morning. Excellent job by all, especially considering they were continually under pressure from guests in the same position as we were. We arrived around 16:00, had our room by 16:20, a cocktail at the lounge at 16:30 and dinner reservations. It was a rough day and we ended up losing a day of our trip but, you definitely made it easier. Well done!

   Great location if you need a hotel near Heathrow Airport. We stayed for two nights. Would recommend and would return. The pizza oven wasn't working on our second evening (hence the 4 stars) so the kids were disappointed but the food was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel was clean, staff were welcoming and helpful. My only complaint was the cups in the room. They were the ideal size for an espresso but (although no coffee machine so not an option) absolutely too small for a cup of tea or coffee. I borrowed a cup from breakfast for the rest of our stay. Our rooms were cleaned on our second day and fresh towels provided which was a welcome surprise (during COVID we experienced hotels that had stopped doing this and presumed it would still be the same). Although checkout wasn't until 12:00 housekeeping arrived a little before 10:00am asking when we intended to check out. We had a connecting room which was perfect for the four of us, giving us extra space and separate sleeping areas but with the internal connecting door still open we were available if the kids should have needed us during the night. You can hear the aeroplanes but I personally didn't find it intrusive or disturbing. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The Hotel hoppa was unreliable but a taxi appeared whilst we waited and took us to the airport, in doing so we were able to arrange a return journey to the hotel. It was more expensive on the return journey which was a little annoying but nothing to do with the hotel. I recommend you do your research if you're going to need transportation.
