   ⚠️WARNING – Stay Away from These Scammers! ⚠️ People need to stay far away from these guys. I booked a stay, they took my money, and then canceled my reservation claiming I didn’t show up for check-in — which is a complete lie! I was at the property well before the check-in time ended. Still, they canceled my booking with no refund and completely ignored my calls and messages when I tried to contact them. They are just taking people’s money and canceling bookings for no reason. To make it worse, after you pay through Booking.com, they send you a separate link asking for an extra £50 deposit, even though you’ve already paid everything on the app. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. Avoid this property at all costs — don’t let them steal your money like they did with me.

   Good morning. I lived there for two days. Clean, bright, good atmosphere. Check-in took five minutes. Contact the administrator, follow all the instructions and voila. Yes, if you are not used to living in an apartment, but live in a house, then just take earplugs with you. I live in a high-rise building and it is common for me to hear my neighbors. I liked everything and will stay here on my next trip to London.

   I booked too fast, I regret. Once there, I booked another room at ibis because: - the room's door did not lock from inside and they did not fixed, - the room has strong smell - very noisy, any one enter/leave the house will wake you up - the bed is uncomfortable - the price is almost the same as at ibis - the room is so short This was the worst experience I ever had. The price is far too high for the no confort stay

   It's OK for a 1 night stay, it's not within walking distance of the airport. The room was OK but did smell of cigarettes the min you open the door to room , it had a small kitchen inside to do any cooking you wanted to do. There is 1 shared bathroom between 4 rooms. There is McDonald's within 5min walk. I did not see any shops local It was OK just for quick stay at fair rate

Not signposted A house with parking for three cars Person answering phone calls not on site and does not know how to give directions Complicated entry Have to pay £1 online to get code and key for door No way to turn heating on in room Shared bathroom Room has no mirror No lamp No coffee or tea Old splintered side table Mattress saggy Toilet roll doesn’t fit in the holder

   Cumbersome and complex way to get your keys to hand. There is no one at the hotel to guide you. Call them and get the cords to access keys to enter. You must do those before 21.00hrs

   Had a couple of beds and not much else. We just needed somwhere to sleep before jumping on international flight early next day. Difficult to find and is poorly signed. Good pub close by for food. Big advantage was 10 min walk and 2 bus stops from Heathrow.

   I would rate this place zero if I could. It is filthy. From the touch pad front door lock that is so dirty and disgusting that you can’t even see the numbers, to the actual room which was very dirty, to the extremely bad customer service this place doesn’t even deserve one star. The bed was poorly made with hairs on it. The room was very small so the bed was up against two walls that were so dirty and disgusting, you would not want to risk touching them. We asked for a refund and of course they wouldn’t refund our money. We were left without our money or a place to stay. Stay away. This business is dishonest.

   I understand that some people will read reviews and will think maybe it's a good idea to stay there. Trust me maybe you will be one of the lucky ones to stay there, but better don't risk it. This is the place where the owner thinks he is doing you a favour to stay there. They communicate in a very raw impolite manner. I personally ended up with no room because they left me the wrong key in the box and the following day I had to catch the flight. I beg you book yourself a place where you will be treated with respect and professionalism. The old saying goes you get what you paid for , in my case I don't think that even the money I paid was worth this ridiculous place.
