Small but cosy rooms with high-quality sheets and towels. The staff are pleasant, and the breakfast is very good. The cookies at reception are excellent. Do note that laundry charges incur an additional 20% VAT on top of the listed prices. Also, if it’s raining, be prepared to navigate a few puddles on the short walk to Ealing Broadway.

A hotel of 2 halves. Very small rooms considering its well outside central London. However it was comfortable bed. Shower was surprising good. Ealing Broadway Location is good for the tube but be warned it’s 45 mins to central London. Longer walk to Elizabeth line but it’s faster. Breakfast whilst adequate - I wish they’d change or offer different eggs. Scrambled everyday for 4 days is tiring. Otherwise items tasty. Reception staff mixed bag but one stand out is Nina. She’s absolutely a star. Service with a smile. Friendly and professional. Exactly how it should be.

This place is freezing cold! My room, the bar area, the corridors β€” the entire hotel is absolutely freezing. When I arrived, my room thermostat was set at 18Β°C. I turned it up to 21Β°C, but after four hours, the room temperature had only risen to 18.5Β°C. The room itself is clean, but the water pressure is almost non-existent, and you have to leave a Β£50 deposit at reception. The Old Fashioneds are expensive but very good! Overall, it feels like a dated hotel that’s had a bit of a spruce-up, but not enough to hide its age. Yet another disappointing Hilton experience β€” though, to be fair, I didn’t choose the hotel myself.

A nice hotel, reasonably priced. The staff were lovely, really friendly. Cleanliness was good, as was the breakfast. As a wheelchair user, I had problems with the tiny lifts; my powerchair basically took up a lift on my own, with my cabin bag was almost impossible. One lift was down over my stay, so I was often waiting almost 15 minutes at busy periods for other people to pass my floor, as I couldn't join an occupied lift. Also the cleaners had habits of leaving carts and vacuum cleaners in the corridors, which made it hard to navigate in a wheelchair. The 'wheelchair accessible' room was not at all big enough for a powerchair, I had to jam it in a corner and block the fridge. However the adapted bathroom was excellent. Overall a good stay, just could have been made easier for me as a wheelchair user.

By far one of the best hotels we have stayed in! Attention to detail Aβ˜† guests will be treated with a warm friendly atmosphere from all staff and the rooms are lovely with everything you could possibly need & very clean! Very well maintained hotel with beautiful decor & wonderful facilities. Breakfast was very good with amazing choice & an all you can eat buffet for an extremely reasonable price! Would highly recommend this hotel especially if travelling into London for business or pleasure :)

It is OK. Rooms are cold: mine was set at 18 and a colleague's at 16. I couldn't raise the temperature at all. Breakfast was OK. Coffee was from a machine. I had an accessible room as I cannot climb into bathtubs. The basin was tiny with no plug, and access to it was blocked by a big mixer tap. It was ridiculous given the size of the room. The shower curtain holders were too small for the rail, and it was extremely difficult to pull them to protect the rest of the wet room. Finally, the shower had been left at its highest height. I am not in a wheelchair, but a wheelchair user or shorter person would have struggled with adjusting the curtain and the shower head. The warm cookies on arrival (containing nuts) were not worth it considering the overall experience. Go to a Premier Inn. Their breakfasts are just as good and the staff are friendlier.

This stay was fabulous! The staff were so kind and helpful. They really liked their job. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely, especially for Christmas. The room was very cosy and tidy. The location is a short distance to the tube. Definitely going to stay here again on my next trip.

Good quality hotel in a good location for Ealing with easy access to the tube for visiting central London and the tourist sites.... Full marks to the staff who we found very friendly and efficient throughout our stay. Nice touch with the cookie on check in. The room was clean and tidy, had everything we needed and everything worked fine. On the downside the aircon we found was very noisy, so much so we had to get up and turn it off. Otherwise, the room was nice and quiet, exactly as we had asked for. Go for a room at the back overlooking the car park if you want to avoid the traffic noise of the main road on the other side. We tried the breakfast which was a comprehensive buffet. Excellent selection, all very tasty. The system was a bit strained on the Sunday morning with the staff struggling to replenish the food, plates and glasses fast enough at the busy time. As several people have already mentioned, the rooms are pretty compact and I question the value for money at ~Β£155 per night excluding breakfast....
