    Now it's become a refugee motel. At the Eden Hotel, however, the staff are completely clueless. They put me in a room. The first day, the room wasn't clean. Everything you ask of a staff member, it seems like you have to beg, and even when you beg, they don't answer. I called the reception desk from my room several times. The phone rings, but they stand by the phone and don't answer. It seems like everyone is too lazy to work at the hotel. What bothers me most is the lack of information about the services, and it's always one person passing the buck to the other, no one resolves the situation.

    First, this hotel is for asylum seekers, you can't book to stay here when you are looking at this review. Then this is my experience: they always knock on the door and try to get in although I told them I have PTSD from those rude behaviors And they didn’t check the CCTV and lied that My gf cross the fire door I ask her and she said she didn’t. But the staff at night are kind and friendly:)

    The worst management ever and it’s not at all safe to book a room here as there are people around who might knowingly try to enter your room after getting drunk which can be risky for the guests..lived there for 2 months and it is very risky specially for the ladies out there ! Stay safe !

    Do not book this hotel. Booked and paid for a cheap room 10 months in advance and because a concert was on they cancelled the day before so they can charge you 4 times more if you contact them direct! Worst practice ever! Look at the other reviews that say the same. Absolutely disgusting ruined my planned surprise trip for my partner but they won't care only interested in profits.. How can they get away with this? If I could leave a negative rating I would!

    Do not book this hotel. They let you book a cheap room and if a concert is then announced they cancel your booking so they can charge you more! Worst practice ever!

    Rooms are nice and clean, with a modern touch. Staff are friendly and helpful. Many rooms are subterranean and don't have windows, but thankfully an air con unit was making up for any lack of fresh air in my room. While the air con was working, thank god, neither the TV nor the kettle were functioning. A short walk takes you to Wembley Arena and the surrounding shopping opportunities nearby.

    I stayed here for 4 nights. Overall my stay was quite good with the room being clean and comfortable. The location was good with it being close to Wembley Central and 15min walk from a cinema. The staff were very nice but the manager seemed to be a bit aggressive when communicating with his colleagues. The walls were also extremely thin so sound could easily pass through the walls. This at times was a bit uncomfortable. However, if you are looking for a place only to sleep for the night then this is a pretty decent place to stay.

    Decent hotel but in my opinion a 3 star wrapped in 4 star dressings. Our room was extremely small and without a window very hot unless we blasted the air con. I think the shower might have been the biggest disappointment, pressure was weak and the temperature was no way near hot enough. The breakfast was nice without being anything special. The nice thing was that everything did seem quite new at least. Takes about 45 mins including walk by metro to get to town.
