The Travelodge London Whetstone was easy to find and had ample parking. The hotel was very comfortable and all the staff were very friendly. Transport links were great and it was easy to get into central London. Wifi speed was very good and I was able to work and have Teams video calls. The whole hotel was clean and very modern. Thank you for making our stay so good.

This place is convenient if going to ally pally and on a budget as the direct bus route makes the journey there and back pretty good. However the room was extremely hot and stuffy over night and this was in November, there was no AC just a radiator, whilst i appreciate it would be useful in the upcoming cold weather, the hot room made it really hard to sleep comfortably. Im not sure if we were just unlucky but we could hear people stomping around outside and above us which i dont think ive had at this level anywhere else, this woke me up at 5/6 in the morning. Otherwise if you don't mind that the room was clean and the bed comfy. The staff seem friendly and accomodating also :)

Excellent location, easy to get to my workplace via tube on the Northern line, as Totteridge & Whetstone station is just a 10 min walk. Staff are excellent, very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Gave 4 stars for the room as it could have done with some air freshener, but otherwise everything else was good.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, but I’ve never seen anything like this before. Restaurant and bar were being renovated (without us being told they wouldn’t be available), but they left us some chicken nuggets and fries under the bed so I guess that makes up for it. (Needless to say, we didn’t stay overnight and went to a different hotel)

No one at reception when arrived had to shout for attention. Receptionist very unfriendly. Requested ironing board which she then was going to pass over the desk to us even though she could clearly see we had our hands full of luggage. Came for a funeral - would not stay again. Unclean reception area and entrance. Workmen were more friendly than the staff. No ice buckets No care Woken at 5am to 7.30 by delivery trucks to Pets at home. Then when trying to get some sleep disturbed by workmen refurbing room next door to us! Awfully unfriendly Hotel Cups in the room had obviously just been rinsed out and placed back. Only good was the beds were clean.

Needs updating as you can hear every noise on the streets and I mean every word from below even from the third floor. Shower curtain, one of those that chases you round the shower tray, sticking to you. The only thing I could say was good in that room was the door handle out of it.

Seem to be a lot of staff not knowing how to issue refunds. Then card machines not working. However was eventually issued with a good voucher to compensate, manager was attentive to detail. Paid for early check in and wasn’t ready until after 3pm, assuming staff issues again.

The rooms we stayed in were large enough. We wanted the family room which has 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and even though our bookings were muddled up, the staff were helpful enough to offer us acceptable alternative last minute. There's free parking though if you arrive late, they might all be taken. I believe the parking on the main street nearby is also free. The breakfast ok'ish cos things kept finishing and we're not instantly replenished.

Good little Travelodge, surprisingly quiet, very clean with all the standard Travelodge fittings. What makes this place though is the staff. Their friendly, helpful and quick to respond to requests. Due to my work I'm constantly moving around and staying in different hotels around the UK, this one was a very pleasant surprise and I will definitely using it again next time I'm working in that area.

Room was ok. Clean enough but very basic. Dinner was appalling. I didn’t expect for star cuisine but did think that a chicken burger was a safe enough bet. Wrong! No brioche bun, no Monterey Jack cheese, undercooked chips and chicken. When I raised with the waiter he said it doesn’t come with cheese. I showed him the menu and he replied that β€˜we don’t have any cheese β€˜. Nice enough fella, just no idea about customer service and not a chef either I imagine. Parking is a joke. Very few spaces. Whole place stinks of weed. Not great for me as a woman travelling alone in business.
