For what we needed it was well worth it. A quick visit to the capital. Right next to the tube station and our room has a coffee making facility. Win win.
Amanda was very hospitable, warmly welcomed to the hotel taking care of our luggage until check-in time and helping map the underground route to bring us to our met point to catch up with relatives in the city centre. Rooms modern & clean, twin beds reasonable comfortable. Quite quiet despite being adjacent to train tracks. Train and underground station directly next door. Rooms only hotel but plenty of places locally to eat and bedroom card will open the front automatic door at night. Would return.
The receptionist Armando was amazing and made every effort to accommodate our needs. The hotel is well located, just 1 minute walk from the underground station and well connected to the city centre. It is basic, but confortable. Although it is on a busy road and next to a rail track, the double glazed windows are excellent and it is not noisy. My big thanks to Armando for helping us out on a busy weekend when the hotel was full.
We were greeted by Armando who was great and gave us a very nice room. The hotel has been recently renovated and had a modern feel to it. AC and coffee machine in the room were nice added benefits

Bathroom needs a sliding door, water keeps coming out after bath, no TV remote, no phone in the room you have to use your personal number to call reception, no drinking water you have to go outside and buy one. Rooms are neat
Our second stay at this location, this time in a standard room. Again, fantastic stay. Such a great location, easy to access the city and lots of shops right on the doorstep. We stayed over the Christmas Period and the hotel staff were so lovely, even leaving a Christmas card with chocolates in our room on Christmas Eve. Will definitely be back again in 2023.
Noisy location next to the train tracks but manageable with earplugs. Very easy to find, 50yds from the tube entrance, clean hotel entrance and lift area, very clean rooms. Good choice of shops and restaurants nearby.
Stayed for a few days two weeks running while visiting husband in St George's Hospital Tooting. Easy direct bus journey to hospital. Had standard and superroom, both comfortable and clean. Special thanks to Ilse on reception who was so helpful and friendly and was a welcoming face on returning from stressful hospital visit. Excellent location for buses and trains. Balham Social Indian restaurant and Bucci Italian restaurant nearby were very good.
