   Had good stay with Bell House. Kelvin was very helpful during check in and made some good suggestions for things to go out and explore. Note it’s a cheap hostel so it’s very minimalistic and the walls don’t keep any noise in or out.

   Ok so it gets a lot of hate and bad reviews. I get it, the rooms are cramped and pretty make shift, showers are sometimes cold, generally a bit rundown (however we didn’t encounter any bed bugs as people have said). But for the price it’s so worth it, the staff were all so friendly (shoutout to Ben) and happy to help, beds were comfy and the general atmosphere was great.

   The staff make this hostel to be honest. Rooms are too crowded. Hope your not on third floor with any big luggage. Could use some major Renos, but location is decent. Price is good, but 5 star staff all day long

   I recently stayed at The Bell Hostel, and overall, the experience was decent for the price. The location is convenient and easy to reach, especially if you’re travelling around the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and approachable, which made the check-in and stay smooth. The rooms were basic but comfortable enough for a short stay. The beds were okay, though the rooms could benefit from a bit more cleanliness and better ventilation. The shared bathrooms were functional, but they can get crowded during peak hours. The hostel offers good value for budget travellers—nothing fancy, but it meets the essentials. If you’re looking for an affordable place with a good location and polite staff, The Bell Hostel is a reasonable option. With a few improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, it could be even better.

   Review: Bell House, 91 Westminster — solid stay, friendly staff, great spot I stayed at Bell House, 91 Westminster recently and had an overall good experience: • The location is excellent — right in the heart of Westminster, close to public transport, sightseeing spots, and local amenities. • Clean and comfortable rooms (or “dorms/private rooms” as applicable), with fresh linens and functioning locks. • Friendly and helpful staff — they were responsive, gave good local tips, and made checking in/out smooth. • Shared facilities (bathrooms, common room, kitchen if available) were well-maintained. • Security felt decent — lockers available, staff presence in hallways. • Quiet enough at night to rest, yet still lively enough in daytime. If I were rating, I’d give 4 / 5 — good value for central Westminster, especially for travellers who want to be in the thick of things without breaking the bank.

   This is the worse hostel or place you will ever go to anywhere in the world not only in a city like LONDON. Rooms are 3X3 with 4 beds in the building feels like it will collapse in a second very dirty, noisy and tiny. For 30+ GBP in any country you would stay in at least decent and clean place .. I have no idea how this place is regulated to operate as accomodation business.

   I'm not satisfied with the staff. During the night someone in the staff came in disturbing with a torch. In the morning a lady came in claiming that I shouldn't be there and that I hadn't checked in, which was absurd. She told me to come to the reception and to show my passport. This woman was really disagreeable and didn't apologize, hardly looked at me. Also this was the most I've ever paid for hostel in London, and they charge £3 for breakfast.
