Avoid at all costs – would give 0 stars if possible. We didn’t even last one night here because of how unbelievably bad it was. There’s no real check-in system, no proper reception, and the whole place is filthy. The stairs up to the room felt like they could collapse with a strong gust of wind, and the room itself was disgusting. The walls were stained with things I don’t even want to think about, there was dust in every corner, the kettle was rusty and caked in limescale, and the mini-fridge was broken and filthy. The bathroom was no better – absolutely filthy, full of dead bugs and grime, like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. When my partner went to use it, it sounded like someone was walking around outside waiting for her to come out, which was terrifying. We ended up deciding it was safer to drive 4 hours back home than stay the night. When we tried to check out, we were met with a man smoking inside the building who at first seemed fine but then turned extremely hostile. He accused us of possibly stealing from the room, told us β€œwe have dodgy people staying here,” and then demanded money before letting us leave. He frightened my partner badly and confirmed our decision to never return. This place should not even be licensed as a hotel. It’s unsafe, unhygienic, and run by people who clearly shouldn’t be in hospitality. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely.

service was a great experience, super nice and friendly staff! room was quick okay for the price, the wifi worked really good, but the kettle in our room didn’t work as well as the TV, the bed was saggy and you could feel the spring with every turn but the garden was a great place to chill, kinda noise neighbourhood, but for the money absolutely okay! + they have the best cat!

==Location== Sadly the hotel is a bit far from the city's main attractions, but at least it is at a not-so-busy area, and there are both underground (metro) and bus options within 5 minutes walking distance. Also, there is a nice little food-truck near and a Brazilian bakery. There are also about three or four different schools near, so there were a lot of activity during the morning hours on schooldays. We did not feel that we were in danger when out in the streets (both at morning and evening), so I think it is a friendlier neighborhood. ==Room== We stayed 3 nights here. For me, it was not a bad experience, there was hot water, towels for both my partner and me (both hand and bath), and the bed was okay. The bathtub had some hair strands still in it, but it did not really disturb me, I just washed them away. My partner was not so okay with it and with the quality of the room. The floor indeed had some spots where it squeaked when stepped on which was a bit annoying but we learned to go around it pretty quickly and just does not get bothered by it. The beds had springs which made them bouncy, so I can imagine some people might get annoyed when sleeping with someone who moves a lot when they are sleeping. As mentioned before, the shower had hot water, but it took around 5 minutes to get it really going. The bathroom was a bit small, everything was crammed up and so there was no towel drying spots, so we had to put the used ones on the bedroom's radiator and turn it up a bit so they would dry out. Also worth mentioning that the shower curtain would constantly stick to my skin when showering and I could not find a solution for it, so I just gave up at one point and resolved to pushing it out the way once in a while. The room had a small wall-mounted TV, an electric kettle, some mugs and glasses, tea, sugar, and milk packets. There was also a mini fridge, but for it to work you had to either unplug the TV or the extension cord. ==Building== The hotel is basically (or for me looked like) two row houses that were connected by the same garden. In the left building was the reception. When checking in you have to ring a bell for the receptionist to come, but then he will tell you the code to the doors (you can also enter from the right-side building) and how the lock works exactly. The man who showed us around was really nice and friendly, told us everything we needed to know, and showed us to our room. The hotel has a very cute old lady cat named Lucy who is really friendly and hangs out in the back garden. We did not spend much time checking out the building's amenities, our three nights were basically about getting up early and arriving back at around 8pm (20:00) to sleep every day. As for the nights, I never heard any noise from the rooms around us, everything was pretty quiet and calm. Checking out was basically giving the room keys back and that was it. ==Recommendation== If your goal is only to have a place where you can go to sleep during your visit, and luxury/extra amenities are not that important, I can suggest this hotel to you. It will not be the best hotel you have been to, but surely it will not be the worst either. If you have never been to London and are keen on trying out the double-decker buses, you will enjoy the distance you will have to travel to get to the city center.

A weird experience, the down part was the area, a lot of houses were abandoned on that street so it created a feeling of unsafety. Also the fact that somebody stayed 3 days out of the total 5 next to my door (even at night, during the day I was visiting) was very weird and uncomfortable to me. The shared bathroom was a little too far, from my point of view, I had to pass 2 doors, the dinning room, a hallway and a flat of stairs. I had the room in front of the outside smoking area and the cigarettes smell was very strong in my room. The only good part was that it was very,; very clean. I wouldnt recommend it and I will definitely wont go again.

I booked for 2 nights in this hotel to visit old housemates. I had to leave after the first night as the bed was CRAWLING with bed bugs. They were all over me and all over the bed when I checked. I had to come home and wash all my belongings and am still paranoid about having brought them into my home. I am DISGUSTED that a place can allow this and put people in this position. Not worth it at all. Spend the extra money to get a clean, non infested hotel. If I could give 0 stars I would the experience made me feel sick.

Lovely place to stay. Not too far from the underground, Piccadilly line. Bus stop 2 minute walk. We had the ensuite chalet at the back of the garden and found it very comfortable and quiet. There was a television but we didn't switch it on. There was also a microwave and kettle. Geoff met us at the door and showed us around told us of the local amenities etc. Great bloke. Came to London for a concert and an exhibition. Will definitely stay again.

Room was clean, bed was comfy and clean, bathroom small and clean! All these fulfilled our need! Covered the cheap price we paid for especially we weren't in London to stay in the room! We spent a lot of time in the garden while at hotel! This fact made our stay great! Safe neighborhood, within 30 min to main attractions in London and close to transportations! We would love to have a night desk with a night lamp rather than a TV that we never started!

Lovely place, we stayed in a little cabin at the bottom of the garden. It was cosy, quiet and the beds were pretty comfy. Geoff's a lovely bloke and was always there if we needed anything. Its cheap and close to the train station and shops. Lilly the cat is most friendly cat. 5* we had a great time, definitely stay again.
