   I stayed at the Tooting Broadway location. It was charming, quiet, and conveniently close to the underground train station and bus stops. Within 3-5 minutes, you can reach various restaurants and small shopping centres. The area is very clean, and the kitchen is well serviced. Lovely place. I will definitely return to stay here on my next visit.

   We had such a great stay at this hotel! Everything was super clean and the staff were really friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. They were quick to respond and super flexible, which made everything really easy. The location was perfect too — really easy to get to, with the metro just a few minutes away. The neighborhood was quiet and really nice, we felt very comfortable walking around. Honestly, the value for money was amazing. We’re happy we chose this place and we’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in London!

   The accomodation was great! Really good location, just 5 minutes walk from the tube (just several stops to the center, the trip took up to 20 minutes) and 3 minutes from the nearest bus to the center. Around the hotel there were several shops and pubs, including Sainsbury's. The area also seemed quite safe and guiet. The room was cosy and well equipped. It was warm inside. Shared kitchen was also well equipped and spacious. In the fridge there were always basic products to prepare breakfast. What we liked the most is the flexible Manager's approach, who was really helpful. Thanks!

   Was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Had a great nights sleep, followed by a yummy breakfast. Staff are friendly also. Highly recommended!

   Worst hotel I ever stayed in. The bed is like a hammock with a massive dip in the middle and you can feel all the springs and it's dirty with a hole by the electric outlets next to the bed. Dried blood stains and dark hair in the sheets. Unbelievably bad place

   Canceled the booking, found out at check in. No notice given. Spoke to them the week before to confirm booking. No excuse or reason given. Simply told there was nothing that could be done. Entrance looked grubby and smelt. Probably for the best. Cheaper and cleaner accommodation available in the area. Do not recommend. Booked with booking.com. They to had no reason to give but found a nicer room for us at a cheaper price.
