   This is an excellent choice while visiting London! The house is very close to the train station (almost 10min walk). It has clean rooms with comfortable beds and smart tv. The breakfast is varied, you have many choices like yogurt and milk with cereals. One of the things I liked a lot is that every morning I have found the owner in the kitchen and he asked if we would like something cooked. That is how I served delicious english breakfast every morning! It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Melrose house to those who want to go to London!

   Pretty good experience overall. The four of us had a room near the garden. The room was pretty clean, comfortable, and had plenty of outlets for charging up devices. The room came with a small refrigerator and a couch as well. The walk to the train station was not far and there were bus stations all around. The fellow making breakfast was a fantastic, friendly cook. For the money it is great. We had a very happy stay here. For the price, you can't beat it.

   A very comfortable family owned and operated bed-and-breakfast conveniently located near the Penge East Station. My wife and I are in great physical condition so walking the half mile tune from the station was not an issue. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to us and it felt much more comfortable and relaxed than a hotel!

   Nice found! Breakfast the chef served full English (bacon, sausage, tomato, egg, mushroom), also there a self serve table for some juices, yogurt, toast, cereals, coffee and tea. Location is okay. Doesn’t take too long to Victoria station. Near to crystal palace where you find lots of cafes. I booked for a double bedroom with private toilet. It was excellent! Plenty of sunlights, room is so clean, enough mirrors, comfortable bed, toilet is not big but good size and nice shower! I just love it so much.

   A great choice. The staff and owner were very polite and helpful. The room and facilities were good. The location allowed convenient travel to greater London (tube station nearby/within 30-40 min driving distance), and there was adequate parking on the street outside the B&B.
