“Most salons I walked into couldn’t do the nail design I wanted for my wedding - but Yuki of London could, and did it perfectly! I was lucky to get a last-minute spot after a cancellation. Linda was gentle and precise, and my nails turned out exactly as I imagined (£95). Yumi at reception was sweet and welcoming. 10/10!”

“We had an excellent weekend stay at the Canopy. On arrival we received a very friendly, welcoming and efficient check-in service from Connor. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Due to a train delay, we arrived much later than planned, so ate at the hotel the first night. The food was delicious and, again, the service friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very good. Not a huge selection, but still enough to choose from, and good quality. Our only issue was that the pillows in our room were too plump for our liking, but the staff promptly changed them for us. Throughout our stay, the staff were excellent. We would certainly stay here again.”

I had a full leg and bikini wax with Jo in September last year before a holiday while I was staying nearby. She made me feel completely at ease and her demeanour and chat really helped take my mind off the waxing, which I never find completely painless but was by far the least painful wax I've ever had. She is also very adept at dealing with more hirsute ladies which is a big plus. Jo has set a very high bar and I haven't found a better waxing experience yet - just a shame I don't live closer!”
