   We was greeted by the most lovely check in lady Karolina who was smiley and polite Our room was clean, smelled lovely and we had constant peace that our car was safe in the free carpark. Monika was a pleasure in the morning, smiling and kind whilst helping us with ordering breakfast which was also tasty

   Cheap and u get what you expect! Bring ear plugs! The lights are like santapod start line all night for chavy pop-bangers. Even with earplugs in, its noisy! Don’t expect room for your phone and s cuppa! Reception staff are lovely though and very helpful.

   Nice & quiet (considering it's by the roadside). Good price. Friendly staff. Liked the small in-house cafe, with reasonable choice of food (we just had the breakfast - porridge, scrambled eggs on toast). Since it was a frosty evening, the only downside was the room was cold when we first checked-in. There is an electric radiator to switch on, but it took a while to feel the benefit. All things considered (including a comfy bed), I would certainly stay there again.

   We’ve stayed at a few Travelodge Hotels but none of them are as good as the one at Cheshunt. The staff absolutely ooze volumes of customer service, and don’t mind to show it ! It isn’t possible to highlight one - they are all absolutely brilliant ! We opted for the unlimited breakfast - that as well was extremely good, and being on site makes it an even better choice. We have relatives in the area and will be using this Travelodge in the future. It’s rare these days to experience such high levels of service. The Manager runs an extremely good team - I can 100% recommend it - I don’t give a recommendation unless it truly deserves it ! ( if the staff read this - we were the couple with the golden retriever ! )

   Dear Travelodge Cheshunt Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel on Great Cambridge Road, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross EN8 8DY. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming reception staff. They were professional, friendly, and made the check-in process seamless. Throughout my stay, the entire team maintained a high level of customer service, always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. The room I stayed in was immaculate and comfortable, providing a perfect space to relax after a busy day. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job in ensuring the rooms were cleaned to the highest standards each day, and the amenities provided were more than sufficient for my needs. I would also like to commend the hotel’s overall atmosphere – quiet, peaceful, and very well-maintained. It’s clear that attention to detail is a priority at Travelodge Cheshunt, and this certainly contributed to a comfortable and stress-free stay. Once again, thank you to all of the staff for their hard work and dedication. It was truly a pleasure to stay at Travelodge Cheshunt, and I will certainly consider it for future visits.

   We spent 3 nights here during the week and really enjoyed our stay in Cheshunt. Excellent welcoming staff, comfortable room for two, superb breakfast, bar and lovely evening meals available. All in all great value for money and handily placed for all we wanted to do. We didn't bring a car (there is plenty of parking) but were able to readily access trains and buses with a short walk to nearby Waltham Cross. If you are looking for somewhere to stay near the Junction of A10 and M25, definitely consider this Travelodge.

   Great location just off the M25 and opposite the new building area that will be the Sunset Film Studios. Views therefore are limited at the moment. Breakfast is available and is great. Rooms are comfortable and fairly quiet given the location. The bed was comfortable and warm. Will always stay here when visiting family. There is a car park out the back with plenty of space. Staff were friendly and informative. Tea and coffee is available in the room and extras can be taken from reception for the coffee and tea lovers out there. There is a small bar if you want to chillout before bed.

   Warm welcome when we arrived at the front desk. We arrived early and asked if we could check-in but was informed we'd have to pay a fee for doing so (which is stated on their website). The person on reception kindly made a note for us and had everything ready for us when we came back later in the day to go up to our room. The room was clean and the facilities were standard. Just what we needed for a 2 night stay over Christmas to visit the family.

   Bog standard hotel really that is cheap and sufficient to get your head down. Only downside is the room could do with a refurbishment and there's no plug sockets near the bed to charge your devices so would advise an extension lead.

   The hotel was clean and the bar/food were a bonus. The road passing the hotel is very busy and very loud. The hotel would definitely benefit from having new windows to block out road noise. The carpark side of the hotel can also be quite noisy with people coming too and from the adjoining restaurant. Overall I'd say satisfactory. Star rating dropped due to noise outside of the hotel.
