    It was really bad experience, I would go with less than one star... Nearest toilet didn't work, it was dirty room. But the one thing I will never forget: it was five of us having a breakfast, sharing one tea spoon (after asking for it). At the table beside ours were like 8 people. When they ask for a spoon, a girl that was one of the staff came to our table, took the spoon out of my hand and give it to them. Well...it was weird but funny. Never again. I will definitelly check reviews next time.

    I stayed in October 2023 and was shocked by the filth in the common areas. There were stains on the mattresses, no curtains, and no heating when it was 5 degrees Celsius outside! There was hair in the "clean" sheets, broken lockers, and a smell of fried food at 6 a.m.... There was no soundproofing whatsoever, and when I left a review in 2023, it was deleted. So much for honesty at this establishment! Not safe for girls because men were going into our bathroom !

    Wrongfully kicked out due to Racism. I was in the restroom they said you have to leave. Smells like weed. No weed was found on me or smelled by any of my room mates. Video evidence and surveillance for proof, lawyer has approved of the Case of discrimination. I was the only black male so it made them easy to point the finger, crazy thing is I don’t even smoke, that’s why I left w/o the refund knowing I had a case, also the additional reason Ms. Scott did not call the police for the matter. Because they knew it was assumptious, and for a deeper reason. I do not recommend this behavior nor do I recommend anyone go through that, being any color.

    If you want to have experience to find out how it would be if you are in prison, then book this hostel room! It was the most traumatic experience on my travels until now. Being locked down in room without windows, with bad smell and no way of relaxing is, in my opinion, no human conditions. Service and location were ok, but I payed for 2 nights and I would rather go and sleep on streets then return to sleep there the other night! Truly terrible!

    Rooms are tidy. The beds are quite low but clean. Staff are friendly. Good location for price. The street is quite noisy with people outside. Shops, public transport, takeaways all within 10 min walk from hostel. Bathrooms are very basic and small but clean.

    The worst hostel experience I have ever had. Unless kitchen: the two bruner hot plate was broken but that doesn't matter since there were no pots or plates. The beds had plugs pur bunk. The electricity to the room went out in two rooms the front desk reset them. The front desk worker begrudgingly worked, he was very rude.

    Very recommendable for cheap travelers. The hostel is well connected through public transport and they were extremely kind with us.

    There is mould everywhere. All facilities are in bad condition. They put zero effort in the hostel. Common room is uncomfortable and it closes at 11:00. There are cheaper and way better hostels in London.

    Nothing like on the pictures. It is somehow near the big ben which is nice. One of the "clerks" speaks a very heavy with Accent English and is difficult to understand. Had to buy a padlock for a locker so people wont steal from u. A bit dark. I would not go back

    If i can put -5 i will. The place is not clean at all and there are many insects in the room and the floor and the beds are not clean, also blanket and sheet are dirty and the mattress is not comfortable at all , you will feel like you're in prison also there is a bad smell all the time!!!! what my made me angry, is in the whole of my floor which it contains around 45 person there is only 2 bathroom and only 2 shower room and they are too small which is not matching with what written in hostel's properties. i reserved 7 nights but I made check out after 2 night , and the person on the front desk didn't ask me why you're leaving early!!!
