   Main observations … 1) Great if you like hanging out with old people 2) Noisy refurbishment work (not keeping to the prescribed hours) continues after more than eighteen months. Only one small lift operative. Issues with Health & Safety of guests re lifts (see photo). 3) Dreaded soap / shampoo dispensers. 4) Overcharged for extras. 5) Bed bugs in bed. 6) Lots of staff smoking outside the hotel on the adjacent Turk’s Row (see photo) 7) Staff cannot spell it seems (see photo). 8) Excellent location.

   My wife and I loved the location, and the bathroom was very new, but the room we stayed in was the tiniest we’ve ever stayed in. Tiny bed, no closet, and we were barely able to fit ourselves and our carry‑on luggage inside. We were told there was no availability for a larger room, which we understand, of course!

   Lovely hotel. Explained we were celebrating our anniversary and they very kindly upgraded our room and gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne!! Comfy bed, and lovely rainfall shower. Would defo come back

   Fantastic, comfortable, understated hotel in a great location. Explained we were celebrating an anniversary and they couldn’t have been nicer with an upgraded room and a lavish breakfast. Staff were great. Would definitely stay again.

   Convenient location, 5 mins walk to Sloane station and King's street. The staff are responsible and helpful. The room is very clean but a bit small. No on-site parking but they offer parking offers of nearby parking center.

   This is my favorite hotel in London. The location is lively but not overly crowded, with many great pubs and good cafes nearby as well as a Tube station close by so getting into downtown London is easy peasy. The rooms ARE small but they have everything you need and feel cozy and warm. They have two options for larger rooms, so if it’s super important it would be worth to invest the money. I always stay in the cozy room and just love it. The design and everything within is upscale and doesn’t feel cheap. Shower pressure and warm water is solid. Mattress is firm but comfortable. Pillows could be firmer but it depends which one you fall on. They provide shampoo, conditions and hand soap. Blow dryer as well is great. I love everything about the hotel and can’t imagine myself staying in London and not here. They also have a restaurant attached that is so delicious and definitely would recommended. Staff in all the areas were so wonderful.

   It is a very bad hotel with a very rude manager her name is Lord…( not sure how spell the name). We had a very bad experience in our check -in. My bag has been stolen in the reception while am doing the check in. And when we go to see the camera we saw who stole the bag. They called the police. The day after I am trying to leave the hotel with the full refund because of what happened yesterday which mean there is ZERO secure. The manager LORDy told us that we have to be careful of our bag while we are in the hotel because of it is a holiday season!!!!!! The bag is already with the man who carry the luggage to the room. Also their room is very very tiny(cosy room) and it is only enough for one child not for one adult.
