This was the worst place I have stayed in. Please do yourself a favor and do not go there. It is nothing like the pictures, there was mold on the ceiling, the sheets has not been washed, the floor was dirty. There was also blood on the curtains and the guesthouse owner was very rude. Me and my friend prayed every night to survive because the house is very old and the floor is pounding, we were scared that the ceiling and walls will break. This place is not safe and clean.

The heating was off all through and they promised to get engineer to fix it but didn’t. My fiancée and I had to sleep in a cold room for 3 nights, she fell sick due to that. There was mud in the room The WI-FI was so bad as I couldn’t even access internet.

This is literally the worst place I have ever been. Besides marks on the wall, besides probably blood on the floor and completely broken floor in bathroom that I was literally scared for my life that I will fall down the neighbours were so loud during night that my wife go in the middle of night just so she can sleep to be able to wake up in the morning for work. Wouldn't recommend to worst enemy. It's simply not for humans.

Far from the main city. Very nice residential area. The room and bathroom were clean but some of the floor tiles in the bathroom were broken. Basic breakfast was also provided. Good option for 1 night.

Budget at 70 quid a night, but it is London I guess. But yeah, it was a very budget room. Super basic, had a bed and coat hanger in the room, and a few plug sockets. It was clean and the bed was comfy, and didn't fall apart! Window wouldn't lock, so not a secure place. Kitchen with a washer and dryer downstairs, and a fridge, cooker and microwave, presuming there are some live in tenants in the flat.

The location is good, 10 minutes walk from the metro. We made the journey day and night and felt safe. Upon arrival, we entered the house with the Pin given to us on booking. The room itself was enough: the room is renovated, it's nice, it has two windows overlooking the street, and the bed was comfortable. The heating works well, but in the morning the room was not as warm as I would have liked. The least good part was the smell of tobacco that was felt from time to time inside the room, probably coming from one of the other rooms. The shared bathroom was always clean and hygienic. It is spacious and airy. A towel was left for each of us. But there was no hair dryer… We never use the kitchen. In general, taking into account the price we paid and the prices that are practiced in the city, we were very satisfied!
