Stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Family Room. The room had one double bed and a sofa bed. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were quite compact. It worked fine for 3 people, but we did expect it to be a bit more spacious. The shower design is something to be aware of, as it only has a half glass screen, so the bathroom floor gets very wet after a shower. The room amenities were okay. There was a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash available, although the body wash was quite low and did not seem to be refilled for our stay. There was also a kettle with cups, tea and coffee in the room, as well as an iron and ironing board. A good amount of toilet paper was provided, which we appreciated. Housekeeping was very good. Towels and the bath mat were changed daily, and the bed was made every day, which was a positive point. We stayed on the second floor and, despite London City Airport being very close, we did not hear any aircraft noise from the room. Breakfast was good and definitely one of the highlights of the stay, and a reason why this hotel offers good value overall. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to keep in mind regarding location: although the hotel is close to the DLR, there are frequent weekend closures. The nearest stations are Royal Albert and Prince Regent, and these can also be closed at times, which makes transport options quite limited. Overall, a decent stay, but worth considering room size and transport disruptions when booking.

My colleagues and I stayed here for a night and the team took such good care of us! Our memberships were recognised and our benefits outlined for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property is a short walk from the DLR so very easily accessed. A big thank you to Severina, Lina, and Zhenya for their excellent hospitality!

Location is good, easily accessible with the DLR (20 minutes from Tower Bridge). There is not much to do around the hotel, apart from 4-5 other hotels there is a nice pub/restaurant just next to it, with great dinner options. You can also do some plane spotting, as London City Airport is just across the hotel, very nice to see the planes touching down - and it is not noisy at all, soundproofing is excellent. Inside it is a usual Hampton service, which is great, exactly why we booked here. Room was nice and cosy, with plenty of windows, comfy bed and excellent shower. Breakfast is awesome, usual english breakfast option, but my favourite is the make-your-own waffle, which is a signature meal in Hamptons. Staff is very kind and helpful. Cleanliness was generally good, but we had a few stains on the carpet and curtain - it would be nice at least to change the curtain if it gets stained.

Great hotel, amazing rooms, comfy bed, and easy check in.. Breakfast was by far the best breakfast I have had in a hotel. It was fresh, hot, good quality product and a large variety of foods and drinks, even a waffle making machine so you can have fresh waffles. The bar was reasonably priced as well and open 24 hours a day. The car park has limited spaces and is first come first served, luckily we found a space but there is a public car park opposite the hotel that only costs Β£1 more (Β£16) than the hotel. But overall an amazing stay.

Fantastic team of staff who looked after us so well before leaving for a flight early the next morning. Special mention to Alisha/Alicia for her incredible kindness when we returned for our car 2 weeks later, and the restaurant staff at breakfast. Thank you so much! Wouldnβt hesitate to recommend.

We arrived here after our flight was cancelled. From the moment we checked in to our checkout we found the hotel excellent and the staff extremely helpful. The 3 female night staff on duty 11/12/22 were so professional even though they were under pressure with so many bookings due to travel chaos. Highly recommended and Iβll definitely use this hotel again.

Hotel is clean and good location. However, basic needs you expect aren't present. For instance, you have to pay for water, not even a single small water bottle is provided. You have to request toothpaste..which is another thing you would expect to be in your hotel room. There are other things as well..such as the TV volume locked at 15, the air/ac vent isn't powerful. Small things which prevents the hotel from being a highly recommended one. However, if you just want somewhere clean, okay location with parking. Recommend it.

Stayed here at Hampton for 2 nights. About a 4 minute walk from a DLR station and its proximity to London City airport means you can do some nice plane spotting. The staff at reception are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is tasty and there is a good choice of food. Food is served 24/7, which I never saw in any other hotel! I tried the Green Thai Chicken Curry, probably the best I ever had in my life!! Definitely would return to this hotel.
