    Some basics on this type of places were not met… I stayed for 3 nights. The room didn’t have a dishwasher. You couldn’t open the windows, so after taking a shower, the humidity made it unpleasant to stay in the room. The dry setting on the air conditioning unit wasn’t helping either. The kitchen extractor fan wasn’t working properly either. I pointed this out to reception, who said that maintenance was going to take a look. I expected to be moved to another room so that I could cook properly, but neither did I get moved to another room nor did the extractor get fixed during my stay. The room's heating system is a plug-in radiator, so it's impossible to control the temperature. The AC unit lacks an auto mode. This, combined with the locked windows, meant that it was difficult to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

    Nice appearance. Clean reception. Good location. Not a great view, we overlooked Billingsgate fish market. Room looked great, well stocked, clean and tidy, until we saw the toilet seat was loose and wobbly. Apparently meant to have a kitchen bin, there wasn't one. Bedroom window is screwed shut, but not tightly, so still let traffic noise in. Hardly slept! Then on morning of leaving, we stripped bedding (we always do this, to help housekeeping) and the mattress protector on bed had blood and body fluid on it! Was disgusted, felt sick with shock! Spoke to reception, they said they will email us , as we were checking out that day,once housekeeping manager spoken to. Didn't hear anything. Tried messaging through booking.com, and in the end had to email head office after 3 days. Was given a lame apology, and offered 50% off our next stay! We don't want to return after seeing that bed, and knowing we had slept on it!! Disgusting! No offer of refund. No help at all. So difficult to contact them. I'm sad and angry. Nobody is listening us.

    Excellent service by Jada and Ayyaz, and I thank them immensely. Stay Excellent, other than need for adaptor for charging. Fraser could not accommodate this. If I had asked Jada or Ayyaz, I am sure they would have solved this (both were not on night shift at the time).

    2-stars hotel. The breakfast is terrible: you are ordering once, per check-in and have the same every morning: one yogurt, one small bottle of juice, one savory, one dry porridge (you need to add boiled water yourself). Only one cleaning of the room during 5 nights. The location is good enough, 7 minutes to underground. Sometimes there is a fish smell outdoor.

    We have stopped here before so generally aware of what to expect. Location is great and very easy to get in and out of central London via publictransport. Secure parking at a reasonable price and there seemed to be plenty of spare spaces when we visited although given the number of rooms it didn't seem like the car park was that large. Room had some minor issues but nothing major. Rooms are well equipped and you could certainly stop for a few days and self cater if you wished with the facilities there. Will certainly use again.

    A pretty good spacious, comfortable, relatively well equipped place that even come with nice details such as welcoming gifts. It's an interesting option if you can overlook certain details and have the patience to wait a few days and persistence to insist until they fix them (or you are okay living with them). Besides their response time that can be vastly improved, the staff is almost always cordial and respectful

    I would strongly advise you to use an alternative hotel nearby for the following reasons: 1) Front of house staff lack customer service. When I confirmed my original request of a apartment on a low floor, I was ask to β€œswap with another colleague.” I straight away claimed how unacceptable this was, and I was given an apology. 2) Willing to forgive, I asked about the gym facilities and was told that I needed to come down when ready to collect a key. I did so at 6:35am. I appreciated the fact that the plastic keys could falter, so went back to the reception desk. The colleague, clearly did not activate the plastic key - he then did so, throwing the new card on the counter, with no acknowledgment of error (he was not in the least bit contrite). He said nothing, but carried on doing his work. I was made to feel as if I was a bother, but at the price I paid for this hotel, this should never be the case. 3) This property looks great on the website, but when I got into the room, it needed cleaning and I believe (with stains all over the furniture) it made me not want to do anything but use the room to shower and sleep. This is a long review - the choice is yours to read and make a decision, but this is what I found. Take it or leave it - in truth - this is (exactly) what I’ll be doing - never coming back to this establishment again. I’ve just had to spend over 15 minutes waiting because β€œshe is on her own and I need to wait” (By the way the hotel had me booked twice by mistake). The service received has been very poor. I’ll await the weak reply from management.

    It is a scenic neighbourhood and has been recently cleaned. The nearby Boardwalk Place is a haven with best security and it is maintained to good standards. Despite not staying in the hotel, I can imagine how beautiful the views must be from Fraser Place.
