Easy checkin, comfortable and clean room and decent bathroom. Enjoyed the open sitting and lounging areas for the breakfast and dining areas. Has a bar with drinks and snacks Great breakfast included in our rate Helpful and friendly reception Easy walk to both the DLR and Elizabeth lines and even the Royal Wharf for the Uber boat into the city. Will definitely stay here again and can recommend for any London visit.

It reminds me a bit of those old Soviet aircraft that copied most of the Boeing design but missed a couple of key things like stabilisers. The Moxy copies most of Citizen M but misses the rain showers and usable desk in the room. The people are friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. The doors have dampening mechanisms, so they don't bang. The prices are reasonable. It's very close to City Airport - a 15 minute walk. The breakfast was good value , although the hot options were stodgy and unhealthy The socket next to my bed (the only one) didn't work (nor did the USB sockets). The window didn't close properly - an issue when you're next to an airport. In fairness, I didn't mention this until checkout and the lovely person there was very apologetic. Overall, a good choice.

The room was great. It was clean and well-maintained, though it was pretty cold with no way to make the thermostat increase the temperature. We were on the top floor, though the view from the window was mostly of other hotels. The staff were generally efficient and polite, but we were once waiting for a latte for over an hour as the member of staff that took the order had to be reminded 3 times to get the drink, despite being stood doing nothing. The food was overall unpleasant and had some strange tastes. We tried both the nachos and pizza and garlic bread, but neither meal was appetising. The cocktails were, however, tasty. I'd say the restaurant service is best for drinks but I'd eat elsewhere in future. While the views weren't incredible, the location was hard to match for convenience. It was just a 5-minute walk from the Royal Albert DLR station, which me and my disabled mother managed relatively easily. Parking at the hotel was also cheap and good for the duration of our stay.

Great spot for a relaxed stay! The hotel has a really chill vibe, super clean rooms, and itβs just a short walk from the train station, which makes it really convenient. Staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. The only downside is that the hotel doesnβt have its own gym. However, thereβs a full fitness center right across the street if you need a workout, although quite on the expensive side for an American.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The bed was incredibly soft and cozy, ensuring a great nightβs sleep. What stood out most was the excellent customer serviceβthe staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Everything about my stay felt easy, comfortable, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London and will happily stay here again!

Room was fine. Soundproofing very good which I love in a hotel room. Paper cups though instead of a mug for tea in the room? Come on, not necessary at all. Also the Aircon system seemed to be stuck on 24.5c which is far too hot. Tried to adjust but didn't work. Bed too hard (and I really like a firm mattress but this was like wood) Breakfast was my biggest issue. Scrambled eggs so watery and tasteless. 1 toaster for everyone not well thought out for how busy it can get. Fresh bread that you slice yourself which is a nice thought but then it gets stuck in the toaster if you don't cut it thin and nearly causes a fire. Just needs a rethink. Rest of the food was ok. Did the job and was all clean etc, but wouldn't return

So close to the airport, Room is good but. Jesus. If I have to ever hear the TVs song again I will smash through to the next room to break the TV. All night the screen saver tune was playing so loud in the empty room next us. We checked out at 5am hardly slept, Breakfast was included but didn't start until we'll after we checked out, Free cocktails of arrival which was a lovely touch Pool table.

A great place to stay near City Airport. The rooms are reasonably priced, medium sized and very clean. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of options, and the atmosphere relaxed. It is an easy walk from the airport. Good value for the money.

First off- booked a room and stated Iβd be getting in at 5am due to a late flight (paid for the night prior) and when I arrived they didnβt have a room for me. Apparently reservations mean nothing until you physically check in. I travel a decent amount and have never been told that by a hotel before. After telling me that, the employee asked if I had any other options, as if I was expected to make multiple hotel reservations. Apparently a bunch of flights had been cancelled so all the hotels nearby were full. At least they let me sleep on the lobby couches until a room was ready. Wifi is terrible, itβs only strong enough to message from the room, I had to go to the lobby to use google maps or the internet. Rooms are bit small but manageable. Ridiculous price for the level of service they offer.

Room is nice if a little on small side but we'll appointed. Disappointed for the price not to have complimentary water in room. But there are free water dispensers in bar. Bar is nice with lovely features throughout but there is a single bar person also doing check-ins so service is variable. Decent stay and better than most hotels in the vicinity.
