   Harrison, Daniel, Katie, Crystal, Pat, Christina, Carla, and Kiara, Ion, Amber, Alice and Maria are fantastic at what they do, they are very memorable and traveling all the way from the United States to England for a couple of weeks made this a great place to stay. All Fantastic, great, kind, helpful, professional courteous staff. I stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed breakfast and dinner. Due to pandemic many hotels are pressured with short staff and regardless of that this hotel goes above and beyond and making sure that guests are comfortable. Whatever is needed they go out of their way to make guests happy. Highly recommended. !!

   The rooms are a bit dated and could do with a refurb, but are clean and tidy. All the staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they're really friendly. Can't fault the breakfast at all, it was lovely.

   I stayed here on the 25th September 2022. I booked & paid online for 1 night. It was the worst night sleep I had in a long time. Bed & pillows were very uncomfortable. The worst thing is, they have charged me for 2 nights. I have called no less than 10 times, and emailed several times. I still await my refund. Their latest reply over 2 months later is that they pre-authorised, but never taken payment. My credit card statement shows otherwise. Absolutely disgusting that no one wants to help. Dispute my efforts. Be aware. Don’t stay here. Over priced. Will Rip you off and not help

   Although the rooms are a little dated, they are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with loads of choice. The staff were a little slow at serving me coffee and felt like I was rather ignored compared to the attention given to large groups at breakfast.

   Good size room with comfortable bed and sofa. Very good breakfast, enjoyed the smoked salmon and great coffee. Appreciated breakfast finishing at 11.00, no rush in the breakfast room.staff friendly, good shower, rooms are a bit dated but clean. Bar area busy. Good value hotel.

   Afternoon tea was excellent. Freshly prepared and delicious. There was more than enough for two persons, I would have loved to have eaten every scrap. The chef presented the array of food in person and he was a delightful gentleman. He explained the variety of sandwiches, scones, cakes and fancy nibbles. Certainly worth every penny.

   The location is great we used the bar for dinner and the food was amazing. Fish and chips was so good. The rooms were amazing and the staff were not only friendly and kind, but went out of their way to make us laugh. They were all great, nothing was too much trouble. The beds were comfy and the pool was clean a nd warm. Was a nice extra.breakfast was the best part for us. We will definitely be coming again.
