We spent 15 days here as a family and couldn’t have made a better choice. The apartment is spacious, quiet, and perfectly located, with private parking that made everything even more convenient. The beds were large and incredibly comfortable — we slept like a dream. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and we really appreciated the extra cleaning service halfway through our stay. The host was fantastic: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. A perfect stay that we would absolutely recommend
It’s our home away from home in the past 2 years+. Martin and everyone in his team are super efficient, flexible and friendly. The flat is spotlessly clean thanks to the diligent work of the cleaning team. They even remember our preference and prepare the gadgets we need when we return for the 2nd time. Location is another advantage as the bus stop is literally at your doorstep that take you to St Albans (the Cathedral), Watford (Harry Potter) and Luton (the biggest zoo in the UK). There are also quite a few of international dining options nearby. The flat is very well equipped and you can cook your own meal with all the cooking ware available in the flat. If you need to do some grocery shopping, M&S and a shopping mall is only a 5-min walk.
We had a wonderful stay in our very comfortable, spacious apartment. Martin and Alison were extremely helpful and supportive of all our queries. We would highly recommend a stay here.
I experienced exceptional service from Martin, the Managing Director of the company, in the entirety of my stay. In fact, there were excellent coordination from the time of my arrival itself. Extremely well equipped housing, clean, spacious space was what I was given during my stay with Abodebed. The cleaning staff were very professional, and timely as well. Location was right in the center of the city, with bus stops and shopping centre 2mins away by walk. I would 100% recommend this place, if you are looking for a comfortable stay.
This was our second stay with Abodebed (visiting from Chicago), and it more than validated our decision to return. The unit was spotless and efficiently, if sparsely, equipped. The location is perfect for our needs. Martin and his team were responsive and supportive in all respects. We will definitely be back again.
The team at Abode are absolutely amazing! We had to move into short-term rent between selling our flat and buying a new house. When our purchase fell through and we were trying to find a longer term rent, the team have been amazingly understanding and supportive and made a very stressful time much less so. Absolute 5* customer service! The flat itself was nice, very clean and well-equipped, even with some luxury items like slow cooker, food processor and tumble drier. The location is excellent, so close to all the shops in Marlowes, a gym and 15 mins walk to the station. We would definitely recommend Abode if you need a short-term place in Hemel.
disappointing! Location was decent and car parking ample. However the apartment was filthy - possibly fault more of the cleaners than the management; had to leave after one night as it was too uncomfortable for us especially with a baby accompanying;
Stayed at Abodebed not once but thrice, same apartment from 2017-2019. The last one was for over a month, these bookings were through my office. The apartment had all the amenities and was clean and maintained once a week. The wifi speed was good too. Martin was very helpful and not even once I had any issues with my stay. Very close to all the amenities and 10 mins walk from train station. Would love to visit and stay again. A Happy and satisfied customer.
Me and my 2 daughters had an apartment on the 8th floor with wonderful views of the area, spent there 2 weeks of the autumn break and felt absolutely fantastic! Very good service, Martin was so much helpful, many thanks! Our home away from home. There was everything we needed, full equipped kitchen, washing machine, comfortable bed.The place was extra clean, quiet and comfortably located in a nice, new building neighboring the area of the shopping mall, which was an advantage, as you could easily get not only to the shops but also cafes and restaurants. No noise at all. I will definitely stay there again, hopefully when everything gets to normal.
