   Absolutely outstanding! Having used a few estate agents, they were no comparison to Gibson lane. My house was sold quickly and the whole team were amazing, with excellent communication and care as I have a brain injury disability. They made the selling process so easy and took time to explain everything. Caroline went above and beyond with helping me even contacting my freeholder solicitors on my behalf as I was struggling with my disability. She was on the ball and constantly chased up the whole party to ensure our sale went through quickly and smoothly. I honestly was blown away and would absolutely highly recommend them.

   Overall we had a positive experience with Gibson Lane. They have a substantial market share in the area we were looking to buy so we were able to see many properties relevant to our budget and needs. We were part of a chain which in itself can be a very stressful process, however, this was made much easier by Wendy, who looks after their post-sale activities and can't recommend her enough. She was absolutely fab! One piece of advice would be to give tips to sellers on how to best present a property before putting it on the market. We felt a bit rushed by the process and, in hindsight, we would have probably spent some time and money to ensure our property was market ready.

   We bought our first home in Kingston through Gibson Lane back in 2007 and the team were amazing! When the time came to upgrade this year, Neil Gibson and his team were our first choice. We found our dream home which they were listing, and they supported us with the sale of our existing home. This was a super challenging time to buy or sell with the economic climate being as tough as it was. The team listed our house and within 5 days we were under offer. Due to interest rate changes our first offer fell through a few months later and we had to sell again. Gibson lane never faltered and within a week we were sold again. When we got to the final stages of the process, we encountered a “technical” challenge with the house we were buying, and Neil and his team were just incredible with the level of support and professionalism they showed to us. With their support we got through this final hurdle, and we’ll be eternally grateful to Gibson Lane for their care and support. We genuinely cannot say enough about how fantastic this team is - their database of buyers, their market knowledge, their network of movers and brokers … the whole team is just genuinely awesome! Neil, Daisy, Tom, Wendy, Caroline … thank you so much.

   I have never come across an estate agents and letting agents like Gibson Lane. From the marketing of my property to helping me find a rental property, they have been amazing. So professional and helpful, incredibly understanding of my difficult circumstances and patient. Every person I have deal with has been incredibly friendly. I know estate agents often get a bad press but Gibson Lane is not like other estate agents. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to sell or rent. I will definitely use them again.

   Gibson Lane staff were great throughout the sale of our house. I think what Gibson Lane have is a real understanding of the area and what houses in the area are worth. Having previously struggled to sell our house a few years back with another estate agent, we were amazed at how great Gibson Lane staff were at getting people through the door and in less time than we thought, we had interest and an offer. Even when (through no one’s fault) the sale fell through, Gibson Lane were immediately chasing leads and getting the right people to view our house and in only a few days of putting the house back up, we got a new offer and for more money. Genuinely can’t fault Gibson Lane staff. They’ve always been so helpful and supportive throughout the process and when it came to some delays with exchange, they were helping to push things forward. Thank you so much. Cannot rate Gibson Lane highly enough!

   I found Gibson Lane to be very responsive, honest and fair to deal with. They were quick to respond to queries, but also realistic and fair about the process. I felt at all times that I had time to consider things; I did not feel stressed by the process. The interaction between ourselves and the sellers was excellent and also between the estate agents for our own sale. I would definitely buy/sell with Gibson Lane next time round.
