   We recently purchased a property through Snellers, and Stephen Hayward(Teddington office) was easily the best part of the entire process. When our own solicitor made a significant mistake with our financing. They failed to advise us that we needed a conveyancing solicitor to refinance our current flat and release the equity for our deposit . Stephen stepped in immediately. His proactive, hands-on approach quite literally could have saved the purchase. He chased our solicitor relentlessly, identified the issue, and even followed up with our management company to expedite the paperwork for our buy-to-let mortgage, which was financing our purchase (this property he wasn’t even involved with btw). All of this was to help us meet tight deadlines so the seller wouldn’t lose their onward purchase. Stephen was simply outstanding: trustworthy, calm under pressure, and incredibly competent. He seemed to know more than our solicitors we were relied on. Inexplicably I am told he is new to the job. I don’t know what training program snellers has in place, but I wish I could direct our legal counsel in their direction. In an Industry where these qualities appear scarce, both me and my partner were genuinely blown away by his dedication, professionalism and trustworthiness. If you are a buyer or a seller(in Teddington); choose Snellers (and ask for Stephen). You will be very happy with this choice.

   Snellers were the seller's agents in a property we wanted to buy. Communication and viewings went smoothly, and Rosie followed up promptly and took an active role in the offer stage. We were on a chain, and although Snellers acted for only one of the sellers (and fought their corner, as they should), all parties relied on Rosie's drive to close the deal. As a seller, that's what you want. And as a buyer, we were grateful to have someone always on the ball making sure that things were moving forward. We do not intend to go through this again in the foreseeable future (being on a chain is not for the faint-hearted), but if you do, I'd recommend them.

He contacted me a soon as a suitable property became available and arranged the viewing immediately.
