Amazing little shop! They stock some amazing brands, it’s great having a place that I can buy a tug-e-nuff toy from in store. Lovely, friendly staff too! Definitely worth a visit :)
Absolutely brilliant! We took our 2 year old Border Collie Holly, to the shop to be get her a new harness as she had grown out of her puppy one. Lewis and Sam were fantastic, so many harnesses to choose from we would have struggled on our own but they made it so easy for us. Holly is a shy, nervous dog but in a short period of time they literally had her eating out of their hands! Lewis and Sam tried several of the harnesses on Holly, they were so proffesional and their advise was invaluable. We settled on a lovely one and coupled it up with a training lead which is so much better than the one that we had. We told Lewis about the problem we were having with Holly pulling on the lead and he gave us some helpful tips on how to make our walks with Holly easier and more enjoyable Time completely ran over the closing time of the shop and they never once tried to rush us. Lots more to the shop that just harnesses so would highly recommend a visit for all your doggy needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ shop and support, perfect in every way !!!!!
Excellent fitting service, we purchased a perfect fit harness. Also gave advice on feeding a raw diet. A first class independent pet store. Also has grooming on site.
We love going to the Empawrium! They have a great range of different flavours of raw food! So many different, healthy dog treats! Dog toys that are safe for my puppy who eats fabric like olive wood sticks which she loves to chew and throw around! The staff are always welcoming and friendly, happy to help you with anything! Harness fitting, jumper fitting! Advice on what anxiety remedies I can try (for my puppy who's scared of traffic, not me!) My puppy Enya ALWAYS gets a big fuss, which she loves and is good for socialising a dog that some people find scary (she's a Staffie Cross but some people don't realise this). Enya always feels welcome and at home! AND I don't walk out thinking gosh how much did I spend? (Like in certain pet stores) I can't recommend them enough! Definitely go visit the Empawrium you won't be disappointed! The picture of Enya in the purple jumper was Enya's winter fleece fitted by the Empawrium! She's too big for it now, so next winter she'll need a new one! The purple one can go to my Frenchie Gizmo it won't go to waste!

Sam is a fantastic groomer, she listens to what you want for your dog and does it, she is so caring. Lewis is a great dog trainer and I would highly recommend him. Both Sam and Lewis have immense knowledge about cats and dogs. They have a well stocked shop and always there to give advice. If you haven't visited you should!
Fabulous shop to make sure your getting the correct advice and the best food and toys for your dog...staff are really friendly and won't sell you something they Don't think is right for your dog.
