   The staff were SO HELPFUL and even though they didn't have the item we were looking for. They took the time to check if we could order online. And when we couldn't find the shoe size we wanted they stopped and found it for us.

   Went there to return some boots got a 1/3 price back as no receipt but bought 3 pairs of shoes! Wide selection of walking shoes colour coded for use so make the right choices as for help if needed. Friendly service and medium stock range. A place within a place so pretty confusing.

   The manager was very helpful over a delivery let down with Evri. She found my items in store and honoured the original Black Friday price and allowed me to collect them in store and refund the ones being delivered. Very helpful. All staff were nice to be fair, would rather buy in store than order online if Evri are delivering.

   Bit difficult to find as its *inside* the garden centre, tucked away with not enough signage. BUT the shop itself is great. Good selection of products. Really helpful staff, cheerful prompt service, not only did they process my return of an online order quickly but they price matched the replacement that I bought in a bigger size. Really pleased.
