Couldn't believe how unhelpful one member staff was in fact put me off buying the rest of the things I picked up. Cost nothing to be pilot and end of the day you get paid to do it . If you're not happy find another job
Waited 20 mins and I was told he wouldn't be a min .Then had to go looking for someone to .2 just stood talking .When went to pay I asked I she could check the size .The look and the roll off the eyes between the staff was enough to tell me I WON'T BE GOING BACK .Please retrain your staff
Very very poor customer service. I've picked up an item with discounted price on a price tag. At the till I've been told that for some Reason (really irrelevant for me) i can't get it at that price
Attempting to find a staff member who smiled,rare. Asking to try items on, and being treated with disdain for asking such a thing. When sale was complete, I had to put my screwed up new t-shirts and shorts into my own bag. Sad really, when you think about the amount of money you spend.

Good collection
Trainers are brilliant however it's easier to find what u want for your kids than it is a person to help. Found the trainers I want then have to search for ever for a staff member then after they don't have the size u need and u find another trainer, they disappear. Stressful
Difficult to navigate around. Hardly any sizes left in boys trainers. Staff hard to find to ask for sizes. Queue massive.
15 minutes waited at staff to ask obout size of football shoes. When someone finally showed up, I asked for help and was ignored. The employee replied that someone would appear soon and went downstairs. Nobody came. I went to the cash point downstairs and was sent upstairs again. Finally, when someone helped me, I went down to the cash point, the young lady was very rude. After the payment, she did not reply, thank you or goodbye. She just turned her back and ignored my greetings. Terrible staff
