Got lots of good stuff for campers etc but it did seem a bit pricey. Certainly not than a few other local places.
Definitely a place worth visiting really well displayed and good quantity of stock several different rooms full of all your requirements you need for a night or even a month away the staff are great friendly helpful polite and go out of their way to help you they aren't following you around pushing you to buy from them like some stores but they are there as soon as you need them you will not regret visiting and will definitely be returning
We go to this place quite often. The staff are always very friendly and really knowledgeable. The best in the area for customer service, price and knowledge. Far better than the lack of any of those qualities at the nearby branch of Spinneys!
Great shop and have tents up for you to see and walk around, there are lots of different types of tents! The place is massive and has everything you could need. Staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are good too!

It's a great outdoor shop. Good price on most things, but as with most clothing shops they never cater for the larger person. When you ask, do you stock a larger size? The standard answer is we do, but you have to go online. This means big people aren't wanted in the shop.
What fabulous staff! I was badly let down by another outdoor company but Tim and the team at Winfields Outdoors Chester saved the day! The store has really expanded since my last visit so I'll be back rather than waste my time on competitors that don't appear to care about their customers. Huge thank you for helping me out today, I'll be recommending you to others.
Great service, bought a pair of hiking books here ready for the 3 peaks challenge. Unfortunately, even though they were a great fit, there was a fault on the seems of one of the boot. Took then back at the 1st chance I had and was given an exchange immediately.
