I brought my cat, Willow, here after hours for an emergency appointment. The vets there were amazing with him, and despite having to have him put down, I would recommend them to everyone. After taking him to 2 other vets throughout the year, none of them were able to identify what was clearly wrong with him, which if found sooner, could have saved his life. The vets here, however, were quick to identify what was wrong, offer support and give solutions. I left with a nose and paw prints, as well as some fur, and they were very kind through the whole process.

A stray cat turned up at my house, it was clearly in no fit state to be outside and was showing clear signs of antifreeze poisoning. My partner took the cat to the vets yet the vet claimed the cat looked fine and to let it back out. They also claimed the cats microchip was registered in the street it was found in, it wasn't. My partner brought the cat home and kept the poor girl warm until a rescue turned up to take her. Unfortunately the stray cat didn't make it and the vets didn't even bother to contact the owner at the point of arrival when it was taken there originally. Due to the sheer amount of neglect from the vet on duty this cat suffered for 12 hours when this could've quite easily have been prevented but no because it's a stray and not a paying customer they didn't care less. The vet has a duty of care, which has been abused in this case and I sincerely hope she receives some for of reproductions from this. We also have a picture of the cat before it was taken to the vets and every person that has been shown this agreed the cat doesn't look well at all!

When we took our beloved Frenchie we were terrified we were going to lose her. From the moment we met the vet we were reassured she was in good hands. Throughout the treatment the communication was excellent and the reassurance and sensitivity from the reception team to the vets was outstanding. Our baby is almost back to her usual self and we cannot express how grateful we are. Thankyou so much β€οΈ

Brought our terrier in as an emergency after hours, believing her to have all the symptoms of a stroke. Very caring approach. The vet, Gorka, was excellent and informative. His advice in a very stressful situation was calm and well explained. The people on the desk explained charges clearly and helped with insurance forms. Treatment for a nasty ear infection has been effective and our dog is thankfully on the mend.

Seen a lovely vet called Lorenzo who talked us through what was happening. Unfortunately our own vet hadn't got a clue. He said might be best to let her go but after doing an ECG which was sent off to Willows (supposed to be there next day with my fur baby for a CT scan) he said might have a chance. We then took my baby to Willows but unfortunately she passed in the night. Been here twice and both times vets were lovely to my baby.

I visited here with 1 of my cats as an emergency. A very helpful person on the end of the phone when I rang, sent me details of how to find them & sent a follow up text which was useful. Very clean practice. Difficult to find a way in as you have to go in through the exit during out of hours. My cat was taken off me for triage & that was the last I saw of my cat until his treatment was complete. The second vet I saw was lovely & explained everything to me & what I needed to do. My cat was then returned to me with a very large bill, which needed to be paid before I left.

The 1 star is not for the vet who dealt with us - no faults to be given for her she dealt with our pet with kindness and dignity in his final hours. The 1 star is for the awful receptionist who handled our case with no kindness, no empathy, blunt rude decorum and awful service. When your cat is being put down you donβt want to be shouted at about urns and money. You want a βsorry to hear thisβ and a kind, calm hand to help you through. Awful service. Moving vets to prevent coming back here ever again.

Having driven all the way down to the Oldbury branch from Perry Barr, we weren't allowed to go in with the dog..vet came out and said she'd had a stroke.... not friendly at all. No medication, no reassurance..had to ask for advice, seemed she just wanted us gone..wondered if we'd woken her up! Cost well over Β£300 for nothing! Own vet next day said it was vestibular syndrome and gave us very helpful advice. These vets should not be allowed to practise reading some of the other reviews!

What can I say. You saved patch's life. If it wasn't for your amazing work I would have lost him Monday night. I cannot thank you all enough for everything you did for him to get him home safe to me. True heroes everyone of you β€οΈ
