   Absolutely terrible customer service today. After needing to come in to collect the remainder of my prescription as they didn’t have enough last time, which I had paid for…I was then asked several questions one being ‘have you checked your bag’ and to hear them whispering about me saying I must of been in etc to which in my own defence, I’d found another box at home to keep me going until now. I know fully well I have 3 months supply at a time and was told I only have 2. The whole thing actually brought me to tears and luckily my father was waiting outside and came in to sort it. At 22 weeks pregnant (not that anyone should be treated like this regardless) this honestly caused me so much anxiety, which ironically the medication I was picking up was is for, I will never return to this place ever again and be going to ogles from now on.

   Not a single person working there is capable or competent enough to do their job. Beyond useless staff, beyond useless pharmacy. Avoid at all costs if you want your medication correct or on time.

   There is one individual that clearly should not be working here. Or at the very least requires a refresher course in customer relations. Rude.... Plus you don't expect to experience discrimination due to having an unusual name!

   I was quite concerned this morning to hear confidential patient information being discussed by staff and also concerns raised by staff re some episodes on bank holidays being staffed illegally. I did raise my concerns at the time to be told we only have 2 mins in morning to chat, we dont chat for the rest of the day! I shall be changing pharmacies.

   Rang as lockdown was announced to ask for my scripts to be delivered. I had to shield. Was told by a very rude lady that this could be done but cannot tell me when. My husband has been several times since March to pick up my scripts & the same elderly lady has told him there is only 1 large package. When I've check there should have been 2 large packages. My husband has to make double trips. Totally unacceptable. I dread going to our chemist for anything now. The tall male pharmacist is lovely. Can't do enough for you.
