   Absolutely embarrassing. After previously lying by 3 days when my last prescription was ready, I thought next time the customer service would have been better.I was wrong, my GP put through an emergency prescription for me as last time with the long delay from boots i ended up in hospital. No communication in the delay for my current tablets, after I rang the customer service line I get told to not ring back again and it is what it is you can always go to another boots. Names can be given if required. When replying I would appricate a non generic reply given to every other single person which reviews. AVOID!

   If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited the pharmacy on Saturday with my young daughter who was unwell. I have previously visited this pharmacy and seen another pharmacist who has always been happy to assess myself or my daughter as the nhs website states a pharmacy is first point of call. When I arrived the store was clearly busy and I was told I needed to wait 10 minutes to be seen- this was no problem as I could see they were extremely busy. After a while a pharmacist approached me in quite an aggressive manner asking if I needed something to which I started to explain my daughter was hot to touch etc and could she take a look at her and do her temperature. She refused loudly to which many customers turned round in total shock then continued to keep raising her voice at me to say you can buy a thermometer. Fortunately a customer who was first aid trained overheard the conversation and assessed my daughter! It left me with no other option than to take my daughter to good hope hospital the following day where she was prescribed antibiotics for sinistus. The nhs website clearly states that the pharmacist could have prescribed these had she been bothered to take a look at a very poorly child. The humiliation and stress she caused to me and my daughter was a total disgrace and she failed to provide any duty of care! Disgusting!

   The world's slowest pharmacy? They have a sign up saying a nearby pharmacy closed hence they're busier than usual. That may be true, but they really need to get on top of this issue as it's currently a poor customer experience. It took me almost 30 minutes to collect a prescription.

   such a lovely experience of having my eyes tested and choosing new glasses. Mo (store manager) and Ellen were amazing and so helpful. Mo helped me to find glasses and sunglasses that fitted my face and after collecting them I am so happy. Will definetely recommend and come back in the future. Thank you Mo and team!

   Have used boots mere green for several years and the pharmacy staff are very helpful and knowledgable. Their customer service is always above and beyond. I won’t list personal experiences - but the pharmacist has always done his very best to help when prescriptions have been wrong or out of stocks.

   I agree with the previous comments around very unhelpful staff re prescriptions. I was served by an Asian lady at the pharmacist this week, she was so rude and no customer service. The abruptness from the member of staff was disgusting, I will not be coming here again for anything after my experience

   So good to have a proper Boots back in Mere Green after all this time. OK, it's not quite as big as some of the other Boots in the area, but it is, for me at least, local.
