   Recently signed up to this vets as our rescue cat’s previous vet was slightly far, and our cat isn’t a great traveller in the car. The staff were lovely - really friendly and welcoming. Would recommend :)

   The 12/07/21 was the first time I had used this vet, Amy the receptionist was extremely polite both on the phone and in person. The vet my cat saw was also very professional, the advice he gave me was very useful and when I askwd for his advice on what injection my cat should have he said just have the one.    Can’t recommend this vets enough. I had an appointment tonight for my dog but unfortunately due to him being unwell had to cancel 45 minutes before hand and the staff were so lovely about it. Rescheduled there and then and managed to work with me to sort the time around my working hours. Nothing is ever too much for Pool House Vets. All of the vets and reception staff are lovely especially Amy! Always so helpful, kind, caring and understanding, nothing is ever too much for them! They’re so passionate about their job and it really shows :) In these very uncertain times they have the best procedure in place and I would happily leave my dog with anyone here and I know he will be safe and looked after. Well done guys and thank for everything!
