    Charged for work that was not carried out. The work they did do was very poor. Took two Giant Schnauzers for a wash and trim. They washed one not the other. They just sprayed him with spritzer and claimed he had been washed. They were supposed to trim their faces however, it looks like they have no idea of how to trim this breed. Cutting straight across the eyes and nothing else. I will have to wait for the dogs hair to grow out and then get a professional to trim them properly. My dogs actually came back covered in hair from other dogs. We had to wash the dogs ourselves even though they charged us for it. They seem to have the equipment but no idea how to use it. Will not be returning there or recommending them to anyone else.
