Have been coming to the grooming room for over a year now and I could not ask for better service! My Bulldog always loves it and always comes out gleaming!
Remi came here for her first groom almost 2 years ago. She loves going, so much so that she's been known to have a little nap in between treatments. She always looks amazing and has her teeth cleaned there too. Stacey and Gemma always do a great job and are so kind. Would highly recommend The Grooming Room at Shenstone.
The staff ensure my nervous dog is excellently cared for and always find him a quiet session to keep his stress down to a minimum. I would definitely recommend the Grooming Room.
I have been bringing my maltipoo here for about 8 months now since her first puppy groom and wouldn’t want to use anywhere else. Stacey and Gemma always do a great job and are so kind and gentle with Alaia. I just want to use this space to thank them for sorting Alaia out yesterday when she had lots of knots in her fur.They did a fabulous job and Stacey took so much time and care explaining how she would cut her, Thankyou Gemma for the useful tips on grooming Alaias long fur. I highly recommend and for me if Alaia goes in happy that says it all. Thankyou. Marie
Harry can be a handful, and a live wire at only 18 months old, but that said around new people he can be timid! Stacie took the time to make him feel comfortable and at ease from his taster visit to his first groom! there may have been some treats involved, but who cares! After a couple of hours he went from looking like a Woolley mammoth to a beautiful miniature poodle! Who smelt and looked gorgeous. So if you are looking for a groomer that will care for your beloved pet or pets then look no further! You will not be disappointed! Stacie and her team are dedicated and talented! Our sprocker went here for her first groom at 18 months old. From start to finish the experience was brilliant. Our pup looks amazing and smells great too! Worth every penny and will definitely be a life long customer. Thank you!
I have been taking my two mini schnauzers , Maisie and Frankie to The Grooming Room at Shenstone for a long time now and they do a wonderful job! I would thoroughly recommend them. They are always so patient with my dogs and very kind and accommodating. They have recently started cleaning their teeth aswell. I can definitely see a major improvement with their teeth.
My boys love going to The Grooming Room at Shenstone and Brookfields. They get so excited when I tell them where they are going and always come home looking so smart and smelling amazing! Stacey and Sally are wonderful with them both.
I was introduced to Stacey by Brookfields Kennels some years ago when she looked after our rescued X Border Collie Bella who was a very anxious dog. Stacey was amazing with her. Recently we have acquired a cavapoo puppy who has now had 3 puppy grooms and this week will he having her first full groom. I have every confidence in Stacey and The Grooming Room and am looking forward to seeing my baby with her first grown-up cut.
