   Terrible experience would not recommend lady very rude and unprofessional my dog looks like he’s been cut by a butcher didn’t even finish him of shouted at him snipped him in places were he’s been bleeding he’s a very anxious dog no need to be so horrible wouldn’t even give her one star taking him to pets at home to finish him of they couldn’t believe how bad he’s been groomed looks like a bloody shire horse not a Yorkshire terrier

   Use this shop nearly every week❤️ owners are lovely and so generous. They always order me in products that are so much cheaper than anywhere else. Our dog loves their raw food & dried treats. He loves going in the shop too!

   WARNING! AVOID AT ALL COST. The woman that works there is the most arrogant, obnoxious and rude person I have ever met. Her attitude is disgusting and worrying.The dogs are kept in cages all day with no food and water. There is no care and no compassion. This person should not be allowed to work with animals. 1 Star seems too good.

   Had a appointment at 9am was still waiting at 9.10 when the lady finally turned up it was absolutely freezing in there and there was still dog hair on the floor from the day before it took her another 15 minutes to get ready which she said out loud to her husband that I'd have to wait as she was getting ready. this would of been my dogs first groom she is a cockapoo and very nervous around people, the woman didnt even speak to my dog to try and calm her nerves she just said to me put her on the table, I was absolutely disgusted with the whole experience so made my excuses and went, would never recommend her to anyone very unprofessional and dirty

   Took my puppy for his puppy groom & was delighted with both the way he was cut & looked after.....unlike a lot of groomers, you can actually wait with your dog & watch everything that is done. We have found a lovely groomer now so will be returning on a regular basis. Would definitely recommend

   Absolutely professionals at their work. I will always recommend them to everyone. I booked my pets appointment for full grooming section with them. 4 hours later I went to pick my dogs up and was so amazed to see them comfortable and happy there. My dogs had a very pleasant experience and were ready to go back to the place next time again.
