Good products at a reasonable price, however never get a purchase notification with a delivery date.
wasn't very happy with the length of delivery time being 2 weeks as the company is only 35 miles away, I have now found on my Phone bill that when I called to see where my order was, (I didn't manage to get hold of anyone by Calling BTW) it was a Premium Telephone number. Good job I was unable to chat to some one as it is 65 Pence Per Minute plus a access charge. nothing was mentioned about this on the Website with the phone number.
One of the most honest decent sites to fulfill all your needs with animals and birds. I have been using twootz for a number of years now and am always pleased with their excellent products, service and communication. Keeps improving all the time. Happy to recommend!!
Used this company before, all good...........BUT just received my latest box of suit pellets, as always a bit of a wait but not a problem, however this box turned up and left a trail of red berry pellets in it's wake, on the porch, through the hall and in the utility room, the bag had split and the pellets were loose in the cardboard box, again not really a problem, these things happen. Straight away I could see a lot of these pellets were going rotten though, soft and black, not just one or two but a large percentage, not good for birds :( Looking at their website it offers a 'live chat' but always says 'no agents available', then says 'leave a message' but that always fails to send. There is an email address so off went an email but after nearly a week guess what, no reply. There is a phone number, phoned it, guess what, no answer just a message to leave a message and phone number, again no return call !!! I'd advise to think carefully before ordering, they may be slightly cheaper but there is a reason for this !!!
Peanut butter is excellent great texture and moulds easily into the coconut shell provided lots of birds visiting the garden will definitely buy again and would highly recommend
I’ve emailed several times, it’s now 2 weeks since I ordered the bird food, no bird feed no response from Twootz. If you order from this company expect to lose your money, stay away from them
Shocking, placed an order nearly two weeks ago, heard nothing, when chasing was told the suet pellets were out of stock, no mention of the other products on my order, offer of separate shipment, changing suet pellets to a different flavour etc. After the third email I found out the other products were also sold out, at no point was I offered options like changing for different product or refund, so I had to send fourth email to ask for my money back. Never known anything like it...
