Lovely stay here, super smooth checking in and out process. So relaxing and such a quiet area. The manager was lovely and made us feel so welcome. Cottage was huge and had great facilities. Lots of parking and in a superb location. We will be back !
Came over for a quick break with my mum and aunt. The cottages are easy to locate, in a great location (close to the city centre of York) and 10/10 for cleanliness. The rooms are spacious, beds comfy and kitchen has everything you need and more. There's ample parking on site and the areas is very safe. If your thinking of a staycation in the UK or visiting from abroad then I highly recommend this place. A thank you to the management team who were very polite and welcoming, will definitely be visiting here again!
Absolutely loved our stay! The cottage was cozy, spotless, and surrounded by stunning scenery. Close to the city centre too! Perfect for a peaceful getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

A lovely stay at the cottages with my family on our way down South. Everything we needed for a few days relaxing and sightseeing in the area. The cottage was very clean, spacious, had everything we needed, and was in a very peaceful area. Check in / check out was very simple, and the directions and how to get in made it very easy for us. Much better than a hotel. Well worth booking if you are in the York area.

Beautiful apartment set in a charming courtyard of similar properties. Very high spec with everything required for simple living while on holiday. The owner is very friendly and helpful and gave impression that nothing is too much trouble - just ask!
We stayed here for a long weekend with our two dogs. Fantastic self catering cottages of various sizes to suit couples or larger families. There are plenty of areas to let your dogs run free including two enclosed paddocks and the accommodation itself is five stars! The little courtyard that all the properties sit around is beautiful with a lovely little Koi carp pond to top it all off. It must also be noted that it’s only a short drive to the centre of York, a great base!
Best self catering I've been in if I could give it 10 stars I would. Also it's dog friendly and there's 2 big paddocks which are secure for you dogs plenty of walks to go on and York is only 5 miles away I could go on about how great it is Elaine and Leslie are great and will do anything to help you I've already booked for next year
