    £1,750 for a 24g chain. Customer service was extremely poor and rude. I understand you need to make a profit on the item, but I would have been happy paying over £1,400 for the 24g chain. Working Man's Jewelers made my pendant. I bought my chain from him for £840 for a 22g chain. Browns: my first experience and my last. The lady was very rude, and you don't need to justify your £900 profit. Robbery!

    Wasted my time coming here to pawn a ring, was offered £50 for an 8g 18ct white gold wedding band, felt extremely patronised by the woman behind the counter who was very smug, I know its more of a budget jewellers but why advertise yourself as pawning jewellery when you only offer a third of the pawn value of goods.
