Awful customer service! from the manager. Picked a garden chair and table set, (ex display) that stated 50% off sale price. When I got to the till, I was informed that the 50% dicount was off the full price. The manager was called and abruptly stated it that it was 50% off full price. See the picture.
Product are all over the place and you really have to look to make sure they are under the right price ticket and what's with the heat, I feel sorry for the staff who have to work there even on a cool day because it's always roasting. Its got a massive product range, so you can find everything you need in the one place but it can be very untidy at times and I find I have to dig to the back for most products as boxes and packaging is damaged a lot of the time. Again this feels like more the customers dumping things all over the shop than the staffs fault.
The Range is well stocked it has a great Christmas stock lots of Halloween too it has a outdoor gardening area and plenty of DIY and other things for the home I enjoyed my visit
Good shop. Great and wide variety of home interiors. Lights, decorations for the whole house, garden furniture, wall papers, colourings, kitchen utensils, mirrors, photo frames and hobby crafts - many of each categories... Cheap, reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit! Great location, withinn Aintree Shopping Centre. Free car parking. Many other shops around.
This is one of the tidiest range stores I have been in. Everything was well displayed and nothing was cluttering or blocking the aisles so it was very easy to look round.
Has nice items, great craft section, but its let down by the staff, find the majority are rude or dont have time to help you, so considering this you'd expect shelf edge prices to Collerate with the items they are under....nope, always have to double check the item matches the ticket....and even then its hit or miss if the price is the same when it goes through the till.
3 shops no answer at any, 3 phone calls to so called customer service all useless. The worst customer service I've ever dealt with which for a company this size is absolutely disgraceful I'll never shop here again. Good luck trying to return anything!!!!
Great for tat and stuff that is sold on qvc and the like. Like snow globes, singing fish and car jacks. Has good selection of laundry products and sweets.
Not been for ages so time for a look around, was not disappointed. A few things caught my eye to relax in the garden in comfort and a fantastic choice of BBQs. A couple of things for the kitchen as well.
